Salmon En Croute, or as I call it, “Salmonkopita”, was absolutely delightful. The crust was light and flakey and cooked to perfection. As for the salmon, moist and flavorful. This is a food-court-style restaurant that will surprise and delight. Their pasta is homemade and I’ve enjoyed the most wonderful gnocchi with chicken breast and bleu cheese Alfredo sauce…twice! My second time trying Pasta & Press. The first time was right after they opened and I tried a regular menu item.
