If you order, get a receipt and confirm they got your order correct. During regular peak hours, it's average. Today at 3am, horrible. Drove up and was only car there and someone took forever to answer. I asked if they were serving the breakfast menu since I dont know when it switches over and I didnt want to waste time ordering something that wasnt available. The lafy said "yes, breakfast menu". I go to order the Big Breakfast with no scrambled eggs and she goes "What?" So I repeat myself. She then says oh no, only breakfast sandwiches. I go okay and settle on the Sausage Biscuit with Egg. She then decides thats a good time to mention theyre only taking cash. I normally dont carry cash but this time I happened to have some. If i only hard a card, I would have been mad that I wasted all this time ordering food I wouldnt have been able to get. I let her know that's fine, I have cash on hand. I then ask if they are serving fries or hashbrowns and she says both so I order large fries. I ask how much the total is and dont get a response. I wait for a while and then try to check to see if she heard me. She then answered after a long delay telling me to hold on. If you're going to make me wait, that's fine but at least tell me. She finally comes back with a total and I drive up to the window. I give her the cash, she disappears away from the window then comes back with my change and no receipt. I figure that's okay because I'm sure the system is down and they can't print receipts. I drive up to the pickup window and its a ghost town. I wait patiently for my meal until the same lady as in the checkout window comes up with a man and she asks me "What did you order again?". There was only one other car that came in after I placed my order and you forgot what it was? I understand that the system might be down but do you not have a pen and paper to write orders down? I repeat what I had ordered and less than a minute later I get my order. Go to take out my sausage biscuit with egg and they made me a sausage mcmuffin with egg. The sandwich itself was good but not what I ordered and confirmed twice. Went to taste the fries and they were cold, flavorless and old. Two stars because the food is good/average most of the time even if the service...
Read moreWell, I placed a mobile order to pick up from curbside and I wasted more time than going through the drive thru. The whole point was to make it quick on a Monday morning and that didn't happen. The app wasn't picking up I was there so I had to go inside and tell an employee. It finally let me check-in so I told the employee the spot number. It turned into getting two managers and they finally figured out how to pull it up, but that was after I repeated my entire order again because it got lost in the McDonald's universe. I continued to wait and wait and when I asked if I should go to my car I was told that my order was almost complete. I continued to wait and saw that other orders were getting filled while I waited for my coffees to complete the meal. I believe if I hadn't said something again with an agitated tone I would've waited even longer. Overall, this McDonald's is no worse than others in Miami when it comes to having a functioning ice cream machine 😆 however, their customer service is consistently pretty good so I won't give them less stars OR stop going to this location. I do believe that everyone needs to be better trained on the mobile orders so that if the app glitches (which it will) the solution is faster...
Read moreThis McDonald’s amongst others I have visited for selected items is/are very disorganized. Managers are working harder then the employees which in turn does take away most of the ability to oversee those who are not performing as they should or (goofing off).
As much as I dislike McDonald’s food like I mentioned I only come for selected items, I still can’t help to see things on a business perspective. It begins in the kitchen, you have 4 people in the kitchen and I see more talking and shuffling of things that have nothing to do with burgers. I mean with 4 people there should be no reason why burgers are being delayed. Not to mention al the other useless individuals assisting the managers on a task for one or two people the most. And then they girl taking her time cleaning the floor. (Mind you durring rush hour)
It took 10 minutes before someone came to take my order. I mean even the managers looked over at me and didn’t even bother to ask or have someone ask. Leads back to my previous observation as to why. But I believe the key to better service and efficiency is management and the kitchen. Just saying.
Ps. If hiring GM position feel free...
