LA GRILL WOOD-FIRED PIZZA & RESTAURANT — Restaurant in South Orange

The other day I got, BBQ Cafeteria Brazilian, for lunch. While on a separate day, I ordered their Ham, Egg, & Cheese sandwich for breakfast, and their Mixed Brazilian Wrap for lunch. I absolutely loved their Ribs! It was classic Churrasco style grilled and had an excellent grilled/smoky flavor. Was a little disappointed that I could not get regular veggies as a side, and had to get the double starch. It was all really good though! On a separate occasion I ordered their Ham, Egg, & Cheese for breakfast, and then their Brazilian Mixed Wrap for lunch, with a Simple Salad as the side. The Mixed Brazilian Wrap came with Shredded Chicken, Tomato Sauce, Onions, Diced Tomato, Heart of Palm, Corn, & Cheese. The breakfast sandwich was phenomenal and held up really well to the “cheese pull test”, as you can see from the picture. The Mixed Brazilian Wrap was extremely different. The Shredded Chicken had some pretty good flavor, but the other ingredients mixed together was different. It’s more so like a loaded quesadilla than a wrap. I’ve never had Heart of Palm before and it had an interesting consistency and flavor. All in all, I absolutely loved their ribs and would highly recommend them. Their breakfast sandwich is really good as well. Their Brazilian Mixed Wrap, would have to try again, it was tasty, but the consistency and flavor of the other items in it were a little different. Can’t say I liked it, but couldn’t say that I didn’t. This place is really new to the, South Orange, area. I can’t wait to try their other menu options. Their staff is really kind, and attentive as well too. They have like these little Chicken Empanada bites that were AMAZING, which was recommended by the staff. LA Grill is truly a hidden gem 💎👩‍🍳 in Jersey. I try their wood oven pizza 🍕😁. This pizza was the best pizza hand down in South Orange the crust was fluffy and soft.
