I wish there were negative stars to give... they don't deserve 1 the way I was treated today. I am disgusted by the treatment & service... I walked in & approached the counter, took a look at a to go menu & ordered a small soup. She handed me a bag with the soup & 1 bag of noodles. I asked for a spoon, sauces, & napkin. She said she doesn't give out sauces, I asked for a pack of hot mustard. & some napkins again. She said they DON'T do take out. I never asked for it as take out was my response. Because I didn't. There was a couple sitting at the table & couldn't believe what they were hearing, but didn't want to get involved as it had nothing to do with them. The looks on their faces said it all. The lady that worked there walked passed me again & I asked for a napkin again as there were none in the bag she gave me. She ignored me walked straight to the back & started working, when I said excuse me loudly and asked again for napkin she told me she was busy. I couldn't believe this... I said is this how to treat all your customers? She told me she was going to call the police. I said for asking for a napkin?
A lady walks in after me to pick up her to go order too... isn't that something... She told me they don't do take out 🤔🤔🤔 I wish I had a video of it I wanted to throw the soup away but I already paid for it, and it would've been police called Horrible 😳 but the...
Read morePoor customer service!!!! While I admit to being no expert in Thai cuisine, I ordered the Thai Spice Chicken under the Pad Thai section of the menu. It was not the traditional Pad Thai with noodles; instead, it was deep fried chicken served with rice (the menu mentions the rice). I returned to the restaurant to return what I thought was not my meal. I simply stated this is not what I ordered. I was informed that indeed it was what I ordered, it was my mistake, that it states on the menu it's served with rice. She then wen on to tell me what a waste and that it would have to be thrown away. In order to get what I wanted I would have to pay half the price of what I "meant" to order. When I presented my credit card, she informed me that it was a $10 minimum order even though I had just ordered $24 worth of food. She eventually fixed it between the sighs of disgust and eye rolling. I never once raised my voice nor refused to pay the additional charge, but the tone in the responses spoke volumes. It just sucks that I was made to feel like an idiot and had to pay extra money for it. To top it off, the Pad Thai I finally got was ok but nothing special; however, the rest of the meal was great ... rice, kimche, and fresh...
Read moreI only ordered the vietnamese dishes. So I will only comment on that. I ordered fresh spring rolls, combination pho, and iced coffee vietnamese style. This is what i usually order in a vietnamese restaurant because they are my favorite things to eat and every vietnamese restaurant should have these basic dishes perfected. The vietnamese menu was small. They had more standard Chinese take out dishes then anything. The fresh spring rolls were good, but the peanut sauce was watery and very light brown. The pho broth was very flavorful and tasty, but $12.95 for a bowl of pho is too expensive. Especially when the bowl is 85% broth and 15% noodles and meat. I was disappointed with the amount because usually when I order a regular size bowl of pho at any other vietnamese restaurant they give you at least 60% noodles and meat and 40% broth and is from $7 - $10. The iced coffee was decent. The lady at the counter was very nice and attentive and brought me whatever I asked for in a timely manner. Also their hot chili oil is very spicy. Its spicier than other vietnamese restaurants I've been to. I love spicy foods and I always eat my pho with at least 2-5 big spoonfuls of hot...
