Poké Falls Pasadena — Restaurant in South Pasadena

This used to be my favorite poke place in the pinellas county area. I have tried multiple poke bowl restaurants and no where compares to this place. I used to work in this area and would often get poke bowls but I have not been able to for the past couple months due to the distance from my house. I was super excited to get a poke bowl after this long wait and also brought some friends to have them try it as well. However, when I arrived the employee failed to acknowledge that I was even there. I watched him make not one but FIVE poke bowls for online orders without saying a word to me. After waiting 15-20 minutes I was frustrated enough to ask if he’s ever going to take our orders. He said he has more online order to finish up before he can get to us. I asked him how much longer and he said 20 MORE minutes. Not to mention in the time I was waiting, none of these mobile orders were picked up and no one else was inside but us. I left because waiting 40 minutes for a poke bowl is ridiculous when I was there IN PERSON willing to buy a poke bowl. I am very disappointed and I will not be returning. I guess if you want a poke bowl from here you have to order online because that’s all...

Had a very nice lunch here. Less than 20 dollars for a bowl of food. Noodles are light and not greasy or heavy. Good crab meat. You choose from ingredient menu for each part of it, hibachi grilled items is worth trying out. Yummy sauce and spicy mayo is what i went with but had many options. Some presets but they make it infront if you and have options.

Very nice service. Good on the go lunch or if trying something new. I dined in, others did too but was not crowded or have alot of seating. Krab meat, chicken, shrimp, etc. With mine it was in a brown board container, easy to dispose after and held food well. Can use on its on to store food. Pros: food delicious, customer service, soy sauce available finally Cons: Portion has been reduced, again. not even bowls anymore, boba was water down and not cold, place could use cleaning, limited items, friendly puffer fish in the tank is gone :(

We have been visiting poke falls since they first open....2 years ago? And was Super awesome service with great food. However as with most businesses you can notice the reducing of food, changing products, and service declining. With poke falls today I will say this will probably be last time we as a family will visit. With limited options to chose making a poke bowl and being served in a regular to go box just ruins the delicious bowls. The boxes they had before were better to enjoy...
