Blaze Pizza — Restaurant in South Pasadena

I have just left the South Pasadena Blaze pizza. It was one of the most horrendous experiences I have had with a restaurant. I had a coupon for buy one pizza and get one free. When I arrived at Blaze pizza there was a line wrapping around the restaurant. I got in the line and notice the sign behind the counter stating that you could order online. Therefore while waiting in line, I went through the steps of ordering 3 pizzas on line. I just continued to stay in line until I got to the register. Alejandra Reao was at the register and I presented my coupon and credit card. She stated that I could only use the coupon when ordering in the restaurant and not online. I told her I ordered while in line at the restaurant and nowhere on the coupon does it state what she was stated. She again stated the coupon is no good. She rudely stated “if you want to get a free pizza you are going to have to order another pizza, go to the back of the line and wait your turn (which again was wrapped around the restaurant). I have never met an employee that represents their company so poorly. Her total lack of customer service and rudeness was shocking. I would never employ a person that treats costumers like she does. To add insult to injury after waiting approximately 45 minutes in Blaze Pizza, every pizza was missing ingredients even though it was printed on the recent. They must of run out of ingredients and decided the costumer wouldn’t notice the missing toppings. My family and I will never patronize a Blaze...

After I pick up my wife from work we headed to Blaze Pizza to get dinner and dine in the restaurant. We have been to a Blaze Pizza before it's been a long time we can't remember what we order. We decided to come this Blaze Pizza in South Pasadena close to my wife job. We step in the restaurant the interior look very nice but cool.then we look at the menu display and see what to order. We decided to order the BBQ chicken pizza with a side salad and their new items meatballs come in three and we order a cheese bread and dessert s'more.

This Blaze Pizza gets really busy with orders to go and people come in to order the pizza to go or dine in. They call our name we pick up the pizza and open the box the pizza smell fantastic with aroma of fresh pizza coming out of the oven. We took a bite the pizza explore in your mouth with flavors like the BBQ sauce,the chicken,banana peppers we enjoy the pizza very much. Then try the meatball they werecvery good very tender and sauce was excellent good with the right amount of spices that this sauce good with addition of banana pepper it good taste.

Then we use the pizza crust to dip in the meatball sauce it was so good also use our cheese bead amazing good. The side salad was very good. The S'more was good. We need to come back again to try a...

Hello good night to the person in charge, I arrived at the restaurant at 9:45 because the truth was, I wanted to taste the cinnamon bread, to which a boy received me and asked me if I was going to order, to which I told him that if I like him he was cleaning, I told him to go with the girl who was on the counter, to which I told him that it was what I wanted to order and he told me that I could not do it because they were already closing and had already taken the product back.

I am not against staff cleaning or removing utensils, but if the time they close is at 10 o'clock, they should know that more than one customer may have carried for some product they want to consume (I don't know how much the dessert would delay, but it was 15 minutes apart and the oven was still on, the only thing they didn't want to do, either for service or kindness, was to go bring the product).
