Ordered the Small Bowl, White Rice, all the initial toppings in Step 2, picked Ahi Tuna and Salmon, all the toppings in Step 4, and Yuzu Ponzu for sauce. Service was great and the presentation of the food as they made it was beautiful. Seafood was great, good portion, all paired well when mixed together. Please note, the small serving is plenty for two if you add all toppings. But if you're really hungry it'll practically carry you over for two meals. Water refreshment is provided too. This place is great if you want something light and keto! I was pretty hungry so I got a large (4 scoops of protein) Poke bowl with salad. I had a lot of time that day so I was able to sit down and eat there and observe the whole operation! So my conclusion is, this is mostly a to-go place so order on the phone is better. Otherwise they only have 1 staff at the front making the bowls and the customers will have to wait in line for a while to get their turns. Another thing is, this place doesn't turn on AC so it can get pretty stuffy inside if you don't like the summer heats. I eat here as often as possible. They make really great pokeballs I only had one time when I went there and the fish was not that fresh. It was right after they just put new people in hiring and I couldn't eat there that time but every other time has been absolutely wonderful and the prices are very fair. They have a huge selection of different things I usually just go in and get tuna sashimi on rice with ponzu sauce and extra onions.
