This location recently opened, and I think they're still working a few kinks out.
I had the usual tonkotsu ramen, and my kids shared a bowl of their own and some gyoza. The ramen noodles were cooked just right, but the broth lacked depth of flavor. I'll try again in a while to see if this changes, but this is a major component.
The gyoza seems to be store bought, and they were average. I know from personal experience how much time gyoza takes to make, but man I do appreciate when a shop makes their own.
Plenty of parking in the strip mall. It's a bit small inside, but they also have some tables outside. The servers were very attentive and friendly. The food came out super fast, and we enjoyed the overall feel of the place. We'll definitely...
Read moreI am vegerarian, and so I was a little skeptical to fin vegetarian Ramen here (because sometimes get offered fish items because "fish is vegetarian"). I was pleased to find out their vegetarian ram bowl had no meat (fish or otherwise) products. So I ordered a vegetarian Ramen bowl. Noodles are better than any others I have had so far. Veggies tasted fresh. Broth was very good. Everything tasted very good together. The rice bowl was more reasonably priced at around $11. That had ground chicken, scrambled egg and some red ginger, which was, for some reason, also kinda salty and not pickled as I would have expected. Not the best experience food wise. Not sure if...
