Great pick up options like curbside, pickup, or traditional ordering. Parking in the rear or on main road Fair Oaks. Reason for lowering stars is that there is always an issue with arriving to pickup app order. App shows 1 time and confirmation email will show another time. I end up waiting 5-10 minutes and have to walk in to ask if my order is ready. Should have intercom speaker and call out name every 3 minutes in case order was made sooner than pickup time. Food is always great. My problem is on delivery orders I never get Soy Sauce. Today I even noted for them to send utensils and extra, extra soy sauce. Again, I got nothing. When you order inside or pick up they give soy sauce. What’s the problem? EDIT: I went to put a review, and found my previous one. My complaint is exactly the same. Horrible coustmer service.Me and my Mom went here and you know how if they don't give you a receipt they are supposed to give you a free entree but the lady refused to give me one. Also when we asked if we could get some of the pork the one girl said okay but it will take a few minutes we said okay but can we have our other food right now and if they could let us know when the other food was ready they were rude about it . Also the layout of this location is really bad the entrance leads right into the line so its very awkward when people come in. Not a place...
