Always go there .... Every time I go I spend $40 $50 .... I ordered extra bacon n home fries got home no extra... Only 3 slices of bacon.... I called to speak with them first girl I spoke with got arguementive ... I asked to speak with some one else ... Next guy said i got the extra bacon.... A total of 3 pcs IS NOT EXTRA BACON... then he said we got the extra home fries in a separate container .... NO EXTRA CONTAINER. Then he said i wasn't charged for the extra .... Yes I was ... I said im not goin to argue with you over this keep the money you've lost a customer ... I WILL NEVER BE BACK... IM SURE THERES PLENTY OF OTHER SHOPS THAT WOULD LOVE FOR ME TO BE A LOYAL CUSTOMER.... The food is still good, but I'm sorry to say the service needs to improve. I've been coming here for the last three years, and I was always in and out of this place even on weekends. Within the last month, I'm noticing the wait time has increased for pick-up orders. They have bags of orders on the counter and people standing around waiting not sure whose on line or who is waiting to order. It's getting disorganized and not much of a pleasant experience coming here like it used to be. Why don't they have a separate place for pickup orders like other places do to avoid the confusion and get people out of the...

If I order a bagel 》 an omelet 》 French toast or anything from the menu ••• my order is always on point ...

The staff is friendly and will always wear a smile (even under a mask) ...

My only complaint is that the food takes a lill too long to come out ...

Now that could be one of two things ...

1 ... they either have a lot of orders coming in either over the phone or walk•ins (which is a good thing ~ this means the food is good) ...

Or ...

2 ... they need to hire more people or get a bigger grill ...
