I'm all fine with places being understaffed and super busy, but when you're under staffed and busy and two of the people who are working spend most of their time at one table entertaining four people while the rest of everyone else has to sit down and wait that doesn't look to me like customer service is a huge thing, not to mention when my wife posted a bad review they decided to say pro tip when it's busy. You might not always get good service or something along those lines. So all I'm understanding is the Buffalo wild wings franchise doesn't care about good quality service or good customer support or good food at that as long as they're busy. S* goes out the window so I have to go when it's not busy in order to get good food and good service? Not to mention I may or may not have almost thrown up after eating said food because I was not feeling too well after I ate it. But what do I expect from low quality? Fast food. Anyways, I decided to give it a try because I had a gift card I would have been better spent at McDonald's or Taco Bell. The server I will say was nice but her being very stretched thin could barely be at our table and the manager. Like I said him and whoever else was with him spent most of their time talking to the table in front of me. And I do expect some sort of trolling response to demean me or call out for some random b* from an anonymous account. Whatever you can say, whatever you want. I speak my mind. It is what it is. I myself will probably never ever go back to another Buffalo wild wings after that experience had nothing to do with being understaffed or busy and everything to do with the mentality that cuz it's busy they're allowed to have poor quality.
The chicken on my wife's salad tasted like tuna and look like it was canned tuna. If that's what Buffalo wild wings thinks of for a chicken salad or Cobb salad. Whatever you want to call it tuna, fish or canned chicken. That's not very good in my opinion
The french fries were pretty stale tasting. I could pretty much scratch my forehead with them and they wouldn't break. It is what it is
My kids said the mac and cheese wasn't bad so I guess they can do one thing pasta and melted cheese. Yay! The easiest one
And I watched three other groups, get their food first and their order looked a little more intense than mine. But whatever. Like I said, I'm not here to complain or trash on the franchise itself. But I don't know if I want to go to another one after this experience and the attack on my wife on social media is not very professional

-I called to place an order at 11:28pm (they close at 1am) and they told me they are only taking online orders, which I thought was weird. So I said âyou canât take my order over the phone?â And she said ânoâ & literally nothing else, no explanation or anything! So after some silence, I just hung up?? It was a very unprofessional and weird phone call.
-In order to place my order, I had to then pull over into a parking lot since I was driving on the way home from work, which is very inconvenient
-I feel itâs important to note there was only a handful of cars in this giant parking lot & when I went inside, maybe 4 or 5 tables were sat so not busy at all.
-I ordered at 11:28pm and it said it would be ready at midnight. I went in at 11:50pm & my food was ready but already cold, which means it clearly did not take the 32 minutes & had been ready FOR AWHILE or was pre-cooked & thatâs just gross. They also donât keep the food in food warmers. Just in bags on a counter.
-The hostess was, to be blunt, rude. She wasnât at the counter when I arrived so someone had to grab her from the kitchen & then she said âwhat do you want?â I was very taken aback to say the least! I just asked for my order and left. I checked it in the car, which is how I knew it was cold, but I was so tired I just settled with the fact I would have to heat it up at home. Going in, dealing with the rude staff, and having to wait again after a very long day just didnât seem worth it to me.
-There was also a belligerent woman in the parking lot, screaming obscenities, and I was not getting involved in that
-On top of all that, the food ended up being inedible mush. The only thing somewhat edible was the boneless wings but the mild wings were lacking sauce & so dry. Everything else, even the fries and cheesecake were disgusting. The cheese sticks are literally just cheese sticks you probably can buy at the grocery store & battered. They were so tough & chewy. The cheesecake had no flavor except that of straight cream cheese & the fries were soft & also flavorless.

He (my husband ) was fine in engaging with him maybe he was lonely. This man started telling my husband who was wearing a Harley shirt. âHey man have you ever been in an accident?â My husband replied âyesâ. He said think about that on a motorcycle! My husband replied â I know we had a close friend suffer several injuries this past summer I donât live for âWhat If!â
The man started saying he was diagnosed with diabetes and in 79 days he was cured because he googled Dr Ken who cured him. He was literally riot acting me about eating a carrot after I told him Iâm a diabetic and mine is genetics. He told me I should stop taking my insulin. He was relentless. He stated several times I should stop taking my insulin and type one diabetics are only born with it. I have been a diabetic for 7 years worked in the medical field 15 years take a diabetic course yearly. He continued for 30 minutes. Due to being a local the staff never stopped him or shut him off. I called after we abruptly left after my husband told him to shut up and stop talking which he continued $58.00 bille with brand new beer and asking for out bill the waitress was like really YES really. I scanned the room for the manger James he was no where insight. My husband and I left no with no lunch due to this man. Many people around were on our side as this man was out of line. After we left I called asks for the manger and James got on the line. He simply apologized after I explained the situation that we would have spent an additional 70.00! The bar staff should have shut him off and asked the guy to leave. We were really looking forward to our wings and burger. All we got was âwas it a bar staff?â I said no but I felt after seeing the reaction from bar patrons and customers behind us something should have been done like shutting him off in the middle of a Saturday time was 12:30 pm. Should have happened. The place needs upkeep. I had to move stools so I wasnât leaning and most stools are ripped to the point it looks like the place is closing.
