Subway — Restaurant in South Portland

I don't know what's going on at this Subway location but do not order online unless you want your sandwiches to be made totally wrong. I've placed a dozen online orders here over the past three months, and every one of them was messed up. In five of the orders, they forgot to put cheese on the sandwiches. In two of the orders, they forgot to put meat on the sandwiches. In three of the orders, they loaded the sandwiches with lettuce even though I asked for no lettuce. In two of the orders, they dumped tons of mayonnaise on the sandwiches even though I asked for no mayo. In one of the orders they piled tons of onion on the sandwich even though I asked for no onions. In one of the orders they put chicken on a cheesesteak sandwich instead of beef. The only way to get a correct order at this location is to order in-person and watch the sandwich artist like a hawk to make sure they put the correct items on the sandwich. I shouldn't have to do that. These are grown adults who presumably know how to read. If the order says no onions, don't put half a pound of sliced onions on the sandwich. If the order says cheesesteak, don't make it with chicken. If the order says extra cheese, don't make a cheeseless sandwich. This isn't...

The last 2 times in were bad. The first ordered sweet onion chicken sub heated it for 10 secs maybe (first time ordering) chicken was still cold never get again. This time go in order cold cut combo, the vegetables tasted frozen. I mentioned that looked like things were freezing up and didn't want the frozen stuff, (told me couldn't be fixed). Which is a lie bc temp running to cold hence why the pans are all turning frosty. Anyways sandwich in the woods for wild animals because the vegetables literally tasted frost bitten. I will never use this subway again. Twice within a 2 week period, totally unacceptable. I understand I didn't spend a lot but...

I stopped in the store to grab a sandwich yesterday. The lady in front of me made her order the kid rolled his eyes at her when she asked for more green peppers. I was about ready to walk out after that. I stayed and placed my order. I asked for pickles on my Philly. He rolled his eyes didn't make eye contact at all. Then when it came down to asking me what i wanted for a sauce he didn't. He just put mayo on it, I wanted to say something but didn't just because how rude he was.
