The repairs, advice, and customer service that I received at the South Portland branch of the business is unlike any I have received in the tech industry before. As someone who does not have much of a technology background and uses my phone mostly for texting/calls and internet, I was stuck when my iPhone 5s’ touch screen suddenly stopped working. My screen was replaced within 10 minutes upon arriving to this store. Later, as the second screen had decreased in sensitivity to my touch until it too was no longer working, when I returned to this store they replaced the screen again in order to give me time to back up all of my data before the new screen stopped working as well. Then, since the screen repair hadn’t solved my problem, they completely refunded me anyways. They then gave me extremely helpful advice about which iPhone to buy. Later, I purchased a new phone from at&t and returned to this store to have a glass protection screen added. The employees remembered me, called me by name, and could not have been more friendly. Read moreThese guys are incredible! I can’t say enough praise. They provide excellent customer service and are totally upfront and honest. I called and spoke with Tony in a panic yesterday afternoon after dropping and smashing my iPhone screen. The screen went blank and the and was unusable. As a self employed plumber business comes to screeches to a halt without my phone. Tony reassured me it was most likely just the screen and not internal damage. I showed up and within a half hour one of his incredible tech people put a new screen on and had my phone working like new. They also ran a complete diagnostic test on the computer to make sure everything else was working as it should.
They could have ripped me off and I wouldn’t have known the difference but that’s not how Tony operates. He knows the better you treat people the more they will value and appreciate his services and keep coming...

Was advised that the screen would also need to be replaced due to the nature of the charging port repair and all work was completed in a timely manner for a fair price. A few weeks later I was attempting to update my phone to the latest software and was unable due to an error message. I brought the phone to the Apple Store in the Maine mall. After waiting several hours to be helped, the “genius” proceeded to get my phone stuck in recovery mode and told me there was nothing that could be done to fix it. I entered the Apple Store with a working phone that simply needed a software update and I left with an unusable phone. I brought the phone back to istore phone repair and they were able to fix my phone in less than an hour. I will no longer be using the Apple Store and will only be bringing my devices here...
