I've just recently got my medical marijuana card. I've visited a few other medical dispensaries and I've got to say Highly is my absolute favorite!! I live all the way in Gorham and have no problem traveling to South Portland just to come here!! I suffer from severe social anxiety, it took me about 10 minutes of sitting and deep breathing in my vehicle before I could even come inside because of my severe anxiety. Right away I felt a warm welcoming energy!! I didn't feel uneasy, I didn't feel rushed, The woman at the front was the absolute sweetest and nicest ever!! I'm pretty sure she could tell I was anxious, she kept calm, pleasant and fun conversation going with me until it was my time to go out back, she explained the entire process to me so when I went out back I wouldn't be confused and alarmed on how things would go. Love her!! As soon as I got out back the gentleman was so understanding that I only had a certain amount of money to work with being a mother on a budget with three children, he was so cool and understanding that I was looking for a certain type of medicine to help with my anxiety and sleep! I can't express enough how much I love this place, the staff is present and engaged not looking down at their phones, you can tell they genuinely care about what you need and do their absolute best to fulfill whatever you need from them!! I fell in love with this place right away! I can honestly say I will never go anywhere else, whenever I have extra money to spend this will be the place that I go!! Wife went to buy the several Norman K varieties but ended up being sold the more pricey variant. Never being offered the Norman K for Wedding Pie. Ended up getting just half an ounce for nearly the price of an ounce. Very annoyed at the store and their employees who "aren't aware" of their own sales. They apologized and said "SORRY.. NO RETURNS!"

Clean well laid out storefront tucked away from the traffic of SoPo. Staff is chill and knowledgeable. I was looking for a cart. The dude who helped me made sure to let me know about the sale they had on a certain brand products so I could get the best price.

The cart I got is a 510 thread but a bit wider than a standard cart and the budtender made sure to verify my battery would take the cart so I didn't end up with something I couldn't even use, much appreciated!
