Sun Korean Ramen House — Restaurant in South Portland

The food was good, but the service could use a lot of work, perhaps another set of hands on the floor. There were two: the host was simultaneously taking orders, seating guests, and mixing bubble teas, and the waitress was also running food.

We got served our food appx 40 minutes after being seated, during which time I saw multiple parties walk in, wait for the host, and leave after not being attended to.

There is a lot of potential for this place, but management needs to improve efficiency...
