KFC — Restaurant in South San Francisco

The last 4 times I have been into this location have all been disappointing. Two times were eat in and two were take out. The first eat in experience they didn't have what either of us wanted but they did substitute and made things right, but this was after our order was taken and paid for. The second time, the food was okay but a "busboy" cleaned some tables with a rag, threw it in the trash bin, then recovered it and wiped a couple of more tables. The first take out experience I was given the wrong side order. I discovered this when I got home, about 15 miles from the store. It was mashed potatoes which they had tried to push on me and I didn't want. The second time they got the order right but they gave no "spork" or napkins etc. Have you ever tried to eat cole slaw or mac and cheese with your fingers? This used to be a favorite spot for me to eat, but lately it seems they spend more time checking texts etc. than they do with making things right for...

I really was happy to have the sales person who was so nice, her personally was Nice she was very pleasant and cheerful her personality was awsome she made me want to come back she was on top of her orders and prompt I love how she was so compassionate with a senior the lady was taking forever taking her change out of her wallet and she told the little old lady that it was ok to take her time I liked to hear that cuz the lady didn't feel rushed she handled everyone prompt and efficient ♥️♥️I hope she will always be...

Chicken Is decent. Service is slow. The owner appears to be saving money by only hiring 1 person to take your order, take your money, then fill your order. This should be the work of 2 people. Imagine the delay if you're first in line to order and 5 or more people are waiting behind you. Instead of filling your order first, the person takes everybody's order before getting to yours. I've waited 15 minutes for an order that should have taken less than 5....
