I’ve been Brew Cha for a while now even though I am living far from them. Every time I visit, I find myself coming back to a few favorites. For Black sugar tiramisu coffee, this one blew me away the first time I had it. It’s rich, creamy, and tastes not too sweet with a subtle coffee note. I’ve recommended it to so many friends and it never disappoints. For Ube Taro Latte, I am the one who usually avoids taro drinks (too powdery or artificial), but I was told that this is their signature drink, so I gave it a try. Then, wow, 🤩 I was surprised by how smooth and natural this one is. You can really taste the real ube and taro. It’s quickly become a comfort drink for me. For Fresh Strawberry Milk with Cheese Cream top, I usually get this when I’m craving something refreshing but indulgent. The fresh strawberry bits + creamy cheese top = a total treat. If you are looking for something liked strawberry short bread, then no regrets! I appreciate how consistent the quality is—everything always tastes fresh, the boba is perfectly chewy, and the drinks are thoughtfully made. The staff is also super sweet and patient when I’m indecisive (which is often 😅). 10/10. Nice jobs!...

Friendly workers, but at my time of visit there was no cashier to take orders, only computers for the customers to use. Very well made drinks, fresh fruits, and no complaints about my custom orders. Very Limited parking, park at safeway parking lot if you have to. Large variety of drinks to choose from! I would definitely order from here again!

For my current rating is for the 2nd day of the grand opening, I was the first to show up at the door at 11:50am when the store opened at 12pm. By the time I received my order around 12:20pm there was already line worth about 1hr 30mins behind us. Even with being the 1st to order, there were already 6 orders ahead of me because of online orders which took priority.

I went the first day of grand opening at 12pm on the 1st and the line was insane, from the back of the line upon opening, it was a 6-6:30 hour wait time. I left came back later near closing and the people who were in front of me in the morning were just being served. Even then it was too long of a line even then, needing to wait another 2 hours. UPDATE: I am updating my score from a 3 to a 5. Their teas are very good and the boba is consistently chewy--so I will say they are one of the better boba places I have been to in the Bay Area. In terms of the wait, I have just learned to order on their app and pick up. I've been ordering on weekdays or early when they open, and usually the drinks are ready within 5 minutes. I'm not sure if the wait is still as long as it was on my first visit, but I am giving them the benefit of the doubt that they were working through some logistics of a grand opening.

PREVIOUS REVIEW: I got the Ube Taro Latte with boba. The drink was great (5 stars) but the wait was 2 hours (1 star). Averaging to 3 stars. The app needs to be fixed. Saying the order would take 20 minutes is misleading when it took 2 hours. Thank goodness for Starbird next door--I ended up killing time and having dinner there as I waited...
