Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in South San Francisco

I've been going to this location for over 25 years. Last night I ordered a medium cheese pizza for delivery. It said 45 minute wait which was fine. I called after an hour to make sure they had my order and the lady at the call center said she could not get thru to the Chestnut location after trying for 15 minutes. She said she would call me back and never did. 30 minutes later I called back again and asked where my pizza was it had been an hour and 45 minutes since I ordered. The lady got thru to the location and said the driver just got back and delivered it and to look outside. I said I have cameras and I never received it I can prove it. 10 minutes later she tells me that they will deliver it now. At this point my son was crying, hungry and tired. I told them it was now over 2 hours since I ordered my pizza and I just want to be refunded. I am very disappointed in the customer service and not receiving my pizza after 2 hours. Worst round table I have ever been to. I ordered from the app and they wouldn't deliver to the hotel we were staying at 1.6 miles away. so we ordered for pick-up. The Pizzas were over cooked and cut improperly, they weren't ready when we got there and we came 10 minutes later than the time they were supposed to be ready. They didn't make the salad we ordered, and instead told us to make our own. The vegetables for the salad were not in the greatest shape. The cucumbers were frozen and nothing seemed fresh at all. There was no ranch dressing which I ordered for the garlic bread sticks, and they didn't even have the soda we ordered either. While I didn't directly interact with the staff, I was told that they seemed high on weed. That would certainly explain the overcooked,improperly cut pizza, and totally worthless salad bar. So basically. we paid Round Table prices for Little Ceasars quality. I am absolutely disappointed and will never order from this location again. I suggest that you do not either. I called this location around 11:15 a.m. on 12/20 to ask if they had the pizza buffet. Eagerly, they replied that they did and it started at 11:30 sharp. So me and my very hungry toddlers proceeded to make our way to the restaurant and got there around 11:35. I walked in and placed my $30 order for two adults and a child buffets and to our surprise, the pizzas were still not ready. I said, "no worries girls they are getting them out in a minute or two." 30 minutes, which seemed like an eternity at the time, one pizza finally made it out. 5 minutes later, 12:05 PM, the rest came out. I wouldn't be complaining if Round Table would just advertise the correct time they began their outrageously priced buffet at 12:00 PM rather than 11:30 am, however, when people are told a time and are under a time constraint, then it becomes an issue.
