TOGO'S Sandwiches — Restaurant in South San Francisco

07/06/19 8:30pm WARNING DONT GO HERE: The owner Jin tried to make up for what she did and gave me a 15$ gift card... but guess what... It doesnt work. I have proof of the card and proof of it not working. I talked with a manager from another togos and she said the only way to cancel the gift card was to open the transaction and cancel it out... Meaning the owner of this place does not keep her word. WARNING to all customers if you do not want to be taken advantage of DO NOT EAT HERE Read previous review for the whole story.

Here are the reasons: 1: You argued and threw excuses at me 2: You kept cutting me off saying I cut you off and I WAS NOT LISTENING TO YOU!!! If I could do a 0 or less stars I would for not giving us our aujus sauce for our #33, when we asked for it the Owner Gin told us she doesnt know what is going on and then said to her employee that she did not charge us for the sandwich. The owner did not apologize for the misunderstanding and she even talked about us loud enough for us to hear her... If you want to be treated horribly come to this place. I attached proof that we...

Worst customer service!

We ordered online and picked up our order in store. I confirmed with the lady on the counter and she told me a bag only. For safety concern (because I'm getting this order for my team party) so I'm not checking one by one and the 2nd bag since I already got told I only have one bag. Then we found out we missed some orders so we went back to the store within 5 mins. When I gets there and didn't say anything. The guy with the red shirt, and I believe he's a manager already yelling me and say "where you not checking your order!" I told me I confirmed with your staff and she told me only one bag. He keeps saying the same thing. I just ignore him and take my order. Then he freaks out and says I'm going to cancel your order and call the cops. Then he ran to my car and took a picture of my car info.

I haven't seen a manager with this kind of customer service. I feel like I'm his slave and got blamed because of my mistake. If you think I'm wrong, you can explain to me, not yelling at me, even if I didn't say or act anything yet. And I'm pretty sure he treats his staff the same. Also ToGo's won't care about customer service so they can let these unprofessional people for the manager position. So if you wanna get in a bad mood with food, feel free to go there and he won't disappoint you. But I NEVER go there anymore. even a local store and food truck treat...

An unpleasant experience from start to finish!

First when I came in alone and was after a large family the sandwich lady named Jin did NOT ask for help from the other sandwich maker for me, but when someone else came in alone after me she DID get help for him. Okay fine, not a biggie by itself....but then...

... she was snide and rude through the entire unpleasant experience, making rude comments under her breathe, even arguing what I said for the order.

Plus she kept trying to convince me to order a larger size and picking on the size I chose. So what if I want two little ones, I get two different kinds! Or they could have been for little kids. Or two people have a small appetite. Or whatever! Geez it's none of her business what size I order, just make the sandwich and be nice, don't tell me 3 times how small it is after I continually acknowledge that "I know". AND plus pick on me for my choices of condiments, plus all her snide comments and arguments, GEEZ!

Most people and especially service people are nice to me. So she is either a nasty person or having a bad day and taking it out on customers at 10 in the morning.

In addition, the produce was SOGGY!!! YUCK!!!

The sandwich did NOT taste fresh in any way including the mayonnaise at 10 in the morning!
