I’ve been a regular for a while now but I just wanted to highlight the baristas at this location, more specifically, Holly. She is always incredibly kind and from the very first interaction makes you feel like a friend. She recently recommended a slight (but game changing) alteration in my drink that I usually get and I went with it and she was 100% spot on and I won’t be changing it anytime soon because this slight change made all the difference! Anyway, I wanted to highlight her, again, because of how kind, caring, efficient, and knowledgeable she is about the products offered and her obviously wonderful work ethic. Her customer service skills are quite rare in today’s climate and I think she truly deserves to be recognized in some way by upper management.
Hopefully management sees this and takes the time to appreciate her for all of her efforts and rewards her for work ethic, skills, and her smooth upselling abilities because she damn sure knows how to get the product right with her customers!
Holly! From the unhinged customer that gets a caramel latte every single time and often at night (😂) I truly want to thank you for just being a kind human and being great at what you do. Moving to Washington about 2-3ish years ago was difficult and being able to go to these big name companies and still finding people like you who’re genuine, down to earth, and cares about the customers experience EVERY TIME really makes a difference!
Thank...
Read moreOn Sunday 09/21 - The customer service at Starbucks has greatly gone down hill. I waited in line for 45 minutes to order a coffee yesterday, they somehow never came on to the speaker to take me order, so I drove up to the window as you would and they refused to take my order? I have been paying 7-10 dollars on one coffee for 10 years now at Starbucks and they can’t even take my order when they’re the ones that messed up? Then I go today to speak to a manager and see if they can do something for me since I am a loyal repetitive customer and they couldn’t do anything except give me a 4 dollar gift card. All I wanted was my order taken care of for my HUGE waste of time and SHIT start to my day. I will not be supporting Starbucks anymore after this and honestly see why everyone else stopped over the years. Disappointed and I have been in the service industry for 10 years. I’d never treat a guest like that after an issue. The manager Joe that was here two years ago was amazing and this truly has gone down hill esp ever since Carrie took over (I believe that’s her name)
Update: I went to the one in Target and they were so appalled at the way I was treated and the situation was handled that they gave me a complimentary drink and apologized on their behalf for...
