manager is very rude, I've went there every morning for over 16 months, I've never complained even when things are messed up. today they messed up my order price wise and I ?'Ed it, I paid anyway, then when I got to the window to get my order. I saw the problem, they charged me for an Xtra drink which is what I told them I thought was the problem, initially, the manager started saying after I said, ok I see the problem, there's to many drinks, the manager is behind the girl giving me my drinks, saying tell them bye just go we have other customers we'll they wouldn't have had a problem, if they hadn't messed up, when I heard the manager saying what she said, I said tell her I will just go, after I took a picture or the frappe that was brown water with cool whip and caramel on top back to them, and said...... I'll call corporate, the manager said tell them I said hi. now they now us so we'll at this mcdonalds they start typing our order in as soon as I give them my code, I've never given this manager reason to speak to me in this way, we've kept food that was messed up and never said anything, but most mornings it's only drinks, in 16 months of going there every morning we've maybe complained 4 or 5 times.    Read moreI experienced some of the worst customer service ever at this store tonight. First of all, we pulled up in the drive thru and the guy just said, "How can I help you?" very rudely. No welcome to McDonalds or anything. Then we placed our order and when we paid at the window, he didn't give us a receipt. I had ordered a Big Mac with no cheese because I can't eat cheese, and sure enough there was cheese on it. We pulled back around and I went into the store. I told the cashier up front, "I ordered this with no cheese but there's cheese on it so I need a new one." She took it from me and gave it to the guy on the prep line and I watched him just pick off the cheese and tried to give it right back to the cashier. I said, "No, I watched him just pick it off. I need a brand new one." So she told him to make a new one and she stood in the way to try to block me from watching the prep guy. But I just moved over and I could see him. It was correct that time. The cashier just handed it back to me and didn't say sorry or have a good night or anything. When I got home I tried to call the store to speak with a manager, but no one answered the phone. That kind of service is completely unacceptable and we will not return to that location anymore. The employees need some proper customer...

The only time I ever stopped here was October of 2022, when I first moved out to Uniontown. I had $10 in my pocket, was homeless and struggling at the time, and Wanted to get a Quarter Pounder.
I misplaced my money, embarrassed I sat down to check my pockets when one of the employees informed me I was temporarily trespassed for "Making the Manager Uncomfortable" I haven't been back since, both by choice and because I refuse to be promoted any restaurant that would do such a thing to a person already going through soo much.
Any exchange I had with this restaurant has been through DoorDash, even then the service was as cold as the food that was delivered to me.
