A Ultra Disappointing Experience at Domino’s

I recently visited this local Domino’s Pizza expecting a quick and tasty meal, but was met with what could only be described as the poorest customer service I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was soured by an older employee with a gray beard who seemed to view my presence as a bother rather than an opportunity to provide great service.

Instead of being greeted with a friendly “Hello” or “How can I help you?”, I was abruptly asked, “What do you want?” This was not only rude but also made me feel like an unwanted nuisance. His demeanor was grumpy and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone for the entire visit.

The quality of the food was equally disappointing. I ordered a well-done pan pizza, which one would expect to be crispy and golden. Unfortunately, it was the exact opposite. The pizza was undercooked and soggy, with the cheese only lightly sprinkled on top—hardly what I anticipated from a well-known pizza chain. It was as if the effort to prepare a good meal was too much to ask from the staff.

This singular interaction with the employee who rang me up was enough to ensure I will not be returning. A restaurant’s staff should be trained to handle customers with basic courtesy and provide a product that meets their advertised standards. Domino’s at this location failed...

Just thought I'd leave my review, this exact thing happened to me once already and I thought it was a fluke but I suppose not. Ordered online, all it ever said was "preparing" and the tracker stopped working. Of course, the payment went through to my card though, and got a confirmation, that was working for them :) Since then, it's been hours, and I've called to fix this TWICE tonight and was left on hold at least for ten minutes each, almost 20 minutes the second time. It's not even that late, and it says you're supposed to be open. AND there's no way for me to fix this online. So, thanks for nothing I guess? Or just taking my money and nothing...

I got to give good general and any place that will deliver Domino's always comes through I can't get delivery they don't do contactless delivery blah blah blah but Domino's always comes through and these guys tonight stepped up the plate came out in the rain and delivered it to my truck at a truck stop no matter where I am in the country I ordered Domino's is my go to food when I can't find what I want these guys are great the staff at every Domino's location is great it's hard to get somebody to just deliver to a truck but Domino's always pulls through for the truck driver man I can't...
