Wawa — Restaurant in South Whitehall Township

Bathrooms are always clean. I come to this Wawa very often but then later ask myself… WHY??? If it wasn’t the location, id avoid it at all cost. Cashiers are always sweet, very helpful. But when it comes to the food, it’s always wrong. But you get what you pay for I guess.. but why is it, that I’m always paying for buffalo Mac and cheese, that’s not what I’m getting? The answer remains unclear. I’m not saying that this has been the only time this has happened. It’s every time. It would be different if food service told me, “hey friend, we’re all out of buffalo. Sorry” but instead, I see the Buffalo bottles staring right at me, as well as seeing the employees FAILING to put Buffalo in my Mac and cheese. Every. Single. Time. And it’s even crazier, that the WAWA in Whitehall never forgets to put Buffalo. I work in a restaurant, read the ticket. Every single time? If it was just once or twice fine, but EVERY SINGLE TIME??? It feels like they’re doing it on purpose, as some kind of joke. What bothers me even more is that I pay for (3) sour cream packets and I have to remind them that I wanted sour cream and they only give me one packet after misremembering what I had ordered. It’s only a few cents and I get it these kids must be so tired, so I say nothing and go about my day. But I’m one buffalo Mac and cheese short of going to this Wawa and demanding to speak to Chris...

Simply horrible experience!!!! I'm eating sub of Wawa, almost every day, but today it was disgusting. I've ordered roast beef sub, and the salad was old and disgusting. It looks like they haven't replace it for 2 days, and the taste was horrible. I've got back in the store and I've asked the employee for a new sandwich with fresh salad, yet again, I've got the same old looking and disgusting salad, not before that employee gave me an angry look. I've tried to speak with the general manager, his name is TIM. TIM was very nasty and rude to me, yelling at me and threatening me to call the police on me (are you kidding me?). I've no wonder if such a nasty and rude "general manager" why this branch doesn't works like the other Wawa branch. You better go get you sub somewhere else because the employees of this store, don't like your money, seems to be very bitter, and have no desire to work for you. I eventually dumped my sandwich in the trash. I will never step my foot in this Wawa store, ever again. Thank you for such a bad experience, TIM, I'm wondering how many more customers this Wawa store lost because you. You better go to work with machines, not with people, SHAME ON YOU, TIM! Customer service was OK. One thing I didn’t like is they keep one cashier on with the second cashier working. So soon as the line goes down the second cashier walks away and then three seconds later. The other line is going all the way to the back of the store and I’m late for my lunch break getting back to work.. With the amount of volume they have they should keep 2 people at the register consistently I think it’s really petty that they gotta keep pulling their second cashier away to constantly keep themselves busy Second thing I don’t like The prices are way too high. A single hotdog is 249 at Sheetz. It’s a dollar for three dollars. I can get for the same price of one hot dog at Wawa! At a time when money is really tight, they increased their prices. From four dollar and 50 Cent small cup of fruit I could go to the grocery store and get a whole pint of fruit for the same price. I need to make a profit. But geez!
