Between the horrible service and the terrible pizza we were given last night, I doubt we’ll ever go back. We’ve had pizza from this location before and had a decent experience, so we decided to try it again last night to get out of the usual spots we have in Hernando. Clearly that was not the right call. First off, the mobile app is horrible and not user friendly. Though the app is not necessarily this location’s fault, their poor service and pizza quality is. We were quoted a pickup time of 7:25 and after our drive ended up there around 7:30. I checked the pizza tracker and it said the order was ready so I walked inside. Not a single employee greeted or acknowledged me. After nearly 5 minutes, a girl at the counter finally looked at me (still with no greeting) and when I told her my name, she looked confused and scurried to the back. She came back and said the pizza was coming out of the oven now. Nearly 15 minutes later, I finally was given our pizza. In that 15 minutes, I witnessed some of the most disgusting conditions. Maybe one team member in the whole restaurant was wearing gloves, most of their masks were below their noses, and not a single employee had a hairnet on. I prayed we’d have a good quality pizza at least despite the service, but instead, the pizza was horrible as well. Most of the pieces were inedible as you can see in the picture. Pizza and service really had them as one of the best until my family had a horrible experience yesterday when they ordered their weekly favorite. My wife and my kids all ate the pizza which was good but after 2 pieces they all could not stop going to the restroom. Wife called to ask to speak to manager just to ask if their had been any other complaints. Not looking for a refund or Anything just out of concern trying to narrow down the cause of the bathroom visits. Needless to say the manager name Jake, showed no concern or empathy for my family. Didn't even seem like he cared as if she was lying and offered no remedy to guarantee it wasn't the pizza and offered no apology for the experience at all. So I will make sure the 35K people I represent in the midsouth know about this experience. Customers with issues are not looking for handouts just concerned. Customers just need to know you care if not they will take their business elsewhere. Back to Pizza...

While he's doing this he has coworkers walking pass him and he's just still going for 30 seconds at least digging. I tell the manager on duty and she turns around watching him and says to me I quote " He's a new hire it's cool" and at least he's not making the food..I ask for my money back and I'm told I can get a credit... I then leave my information to be called back... while I'm waiting the gentleman packing canzone or whatever they were is using his Hands no gloves just his bare hands.. she then asks who is up for delivery the guy who was digging in his nose comes to grab the food and then he is finally told after touching everything to wash his hands.
