The only person who was pleasant with a smile was the young lady working the drive thru 6-23-2024 between 6-7 pm. I ordered 2 items. Happy meal and double qtr pounder. I waited 6 cars before reaching the windows. Then I was ask to pull forward to the black rail. I waited long enough to see 7 more cars recieve their orders and leave. So I went inside to ask what the problem was?? The two people at the front counter were rude and said, we waiting on your burger. I ask if I could at least get my grandchilds happy meal. His fries were cold! Hey but look, the person at the fry station was getting hot fries.or some food, then handling food. "Wow" In memory of Chad... rest in peace there are no words that can describe the rude intitled people in the work place today. That would've never been acceptable. In my opinion if you hate your job that much stay home. People are tired of rude employees. Maybe oneday soon values will be reset in the USA. This fast food is off my list in mississippi. And by chance employees if you were having a bad day trying to eat a snack in-between customers. Well the one star I gave you was for being fully stocked with employees. There were about 8 employees. And yes I will take an apology. " Old customer service would've at least said, sorry for your wait here's a hot happy pie" .... again values, ethics... Read moreI used to really love this location but for the last 6ish months it has truly become a poor experience every time. Either they leave something out of my order or they act like me pulling up to the drive through is such an inconvenience that I feel guilty for ordering. Furthermore, I usually don’t go back or even let them know because I’ve usually made it home by then and just eat the cost because I didn’t want to have to drive back out. After several times in a row I finally the Last time called after I had nuggets missing… & they said to get them and say some girls name… but I never did… & just let it go after informing the store it was an issue This time they gave me an apple pie that turned to dust when I bit into it, and I checked the time and it was supposed to be disposed of before lunch that day… but they gave it to me at 8ish pm… Then the food was all cold per usual (except my husbands nuggets) and the burger didn’t have all the ingredients which I asked to be added and they just added pickles and still left off the onions. Again, typically I just suck it up and just warm it all up when I get home… but this time I finally took it all back, and kindly asked for a refund after explaining the situation. I used to work in fast food, so I understand that sometimes things may not always come out as expected… but this has consistently been an issue for several months now. They did refund me without issue and took all the food back at least which is why I did 2 stars instead of 1. Read moreI visited your location today after a long flight with my family. Since we did not land until 11 PM, this McDonald’s was the only thing open heading home. We got in second the drive-through line to order. I also noticed that in the first line a police woman was also waiting to order. After over 15 minutes of waiting, we were informed at 11:41 PM that the store closed at 11: 40 p.m.. Again, my family and I had been waiting in line over 15 minutes along with the police officer that had been waiting in line prior to me getting a line. At 11:41, I was asked if I was picking up for DoorDash once I informed that I was not and that I wanted to place the order, and have been waiting for over 10 minutes. I was informed that the store was closed and the time I was informed this was at 11:41 PM when I asked why wasn’t I notified since I have been waiting for so long I was simply told the store is closed. When I pulled around to get the contact information for the owner of this location, the cashier open the window and I told her that I wanted to get the owner information. She said “OK” and closed the window.
Prior to this visit, I have not visited this McDonalds and please believe that I will not visit this location moving forward. It was most disheartening also to see that a member of our city’s law enforcement was unable to be served as well, due to this location closing early and not informing customers that were already waiting in line. A review this location will be posted to Yelp, Google, and my social medias.
