I had a horrible experience at this location today 4/8/25. I arrived with a party of 12 at 7 to have dinner for a birthday celebration. Upon arriving we were told that it would be 25 minutes. 25 minutes turned into 45 minutes. 45 minutes turned into a hour and a half. All while other parties are still being seated ahead of us. We stated multiple times that we didn't have to sit together. After waiting a hour and a half, we noticed 2 tables and a booth that were free and in proximity of each other. We asked for those tables and was told no because the kitchen was backed up. Huh? What does me being seated after waiting a hour and a half have to do with your kitchen's cook time. While we were told no about the tables, a party of 4 walked through the door and guess what..they were seated at the exact table we just asked to be seated at!! I asked for thr manager and let me say this, he has absolutely no management skills at all and couldn't even explained to us properly why we couldn't be seated at this establishment. The best explanation he gave was that the kitchen was backed up and 4 people can wait 35 minutes for food but 12 people can't as it would take longer. Mind you, we stated several times we didn't have to be sat together. We really wanted to get the kids fed as the adults agreed we would just drink drinks and let the kids eat if we were sat. Doesn't make sense right? Right. The manager was very unprofessional and lacked management/problem solving skills.
Now, let's talk about the bar. As I sat at the bar while we waited on tables. I watched an male employee put a customer's drink that he was making up to another employee's nose and it definitely touched the rim! The employee kept making the drink and served it. I also saw another employee rub her nostrils while making a drink with the same hand she continued to touch the rim with. Just disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Put our name on the wait list. Quoted 25 mins. Waited awhile. Saw nobody else waiting. Went inside and asked. They said they notified us but never a text. Ok cool
We sit down. Takes about 10 mins for a server to come over. Cool order drinks. 20 mins go by she didn’t come back. Another server came to us said that server had been cut they were taking over. We go ahead and order appetizers and entrees in case we don’t see our server again. Waited almost a hour for food. Appetizers come out. Some hot some cold. No napkins no plates. 10 mins later entrees come out. My husband’s entrees had sauce mine didn’t. No hush puppies . No silverware for the meal. Couldn’t eat part of it with our hands. I wanted another alcoholic drink. More time went by. At this point I’m just ready to go as we had been there 2 hours. They were out of half their appetizers. Told me they were out of hush puppies but nobody asked if we wanted a different side. Out of dessert. Just a horrible experience . Drinks were fine. Left hungry and irritated. Manager discounted part of our meal. Comped the table next to us’s meal though smh. Been to plenty walk ons in other states and this was by far the worst one. Can’t say I’ll give it another try because it sucked that bad. Not sure why any server would be cut if your servers are so overwhelmed that they can’t check on their tables. But I blame majority issues on management and not necessarily the staff. Felt sorry for my server because I’m sure this all affected his other tables because seems like everybody had the same experience tonight. Drinks were good though just wish I could have more than one . Waste of money tonight and horrible experience trying to treat dad . Even if food is slow, service can make up for it. Read moreIt was my friend's birthday so we decided to try this new sports bar. It looked nice. Wasn't packed but it was well-occupied. Looked nice inside & out. We came in at about 9 and they close at around 10 so I really didn't expect much. I knew the staff would be cleaning up, hurrying to leave. But the stuff we want to eat is easy. Deep fried finger foods and salads. Stuff takes like 7 minutes to cook so we shouldn't have a problem. We're seated & told our waitress would be right out. 10 minutes, nobody. So we ask someone else to help. Nothing. Ask another, nothing. Then another waitress saw us &volunteered to get taken our order. We ordered food &drinks, she wrote out the order and left. Plus the manager is in the bar right next to us doing his best to ignore us. I asked him to kill the air, which was blowing hard enough to move things, and he said, "it just does that". What? Another 20 mins or so passes and they start yelling for last call. No food even though people who came in after us are getting food. Then we were advised that another manager was talking to our ACTUAL waitress and she would be right out. 10 minutes later she shows up with half our food and a clear attitude. This isn't even one of the maybe 6 people we talked to. The fries were so hard I dropped it on the table and it shattered. We got boom boom shrimp, chicken strips, hot honey wings, cheese sticks and fries. Why did this cost damn near $90? We made a promise to never go back to this...
