Pho Haven Vietnamese Cuisine - Getwell — Restaurant in Southaven

I understand they just opened today but it seems their staff didn’t get enough training. Every customer I saw complained of the order being wrong or taking too long to come out. I waited on a to go order for over an hour. I get to work and the order was wrong so I didn’t even get to eat. The steak my co worker got had a weird chemical taste, I could not call to inform them as they do not have a number listed. The receipt they texted me wasn’t even my receipt order.! The menu prices on their paper menus did not match the menu prices on the tablets used to place the order. No sign saying to seat yourself, people came in and just stood there waiting to be seated. The staff was super friendly though! I hope in a month or so they will have made improvements. I’ll try it again in about 3 months

Update on me reaching out tho the restaurant. Whomever I spoke with said they spoke to me and said I agreed to a shrimp dish. I told them no one ever asked me if I wanted shrimp they had me confused with someone else. That person, again, said they specifically spoke with me. This was frustrating as it was not true. With the way they handled the error in the order and said I made the mistake I will never be back...

When we first walked in the ambiance and decor was nice and inviting however, there was not a “seat yourself or wait to be seated” sign at the door so we just stood there for a few minutes looking at the staff and them looking at us. It was very awkward so we ended up seating ourselves eventually. There were items on the menu I ordered and they did not offer at the time and being that it was their first day I understand. My food order was incorrect missing an item but that was a quick fix. The servers seemed overwhelmed and I’m sure they did not have a lot to time to train prior to opening day but our server was very polite and apologetic. I can sum this up in one word… Legit

The Pho (pronounced “fa”) hit every mark. Broth, noodles, meat, flavors all perfect. They offered all the quintessential variations of Pho. I got eye of beef and brisket Pho.

The price point exactly where it needed to be. The portion was full of meat and noodles and broth. It was filling and delicious.

The restaurant was very clean and well lit. The staff very friendly and attentive. Plenty of seating, and nicely spaced apart.

I have zero negative remarks on this visit.

I only had the Pho. They have other items including boba teas, i did not try those this first round.
