As someone with strict dietary restrictions, finding a bakery that caters to my needs without compromising on taste is a rare gem. C-Cups Bakery has exceeded all my expectations with their divine gluten-free cupcakes. Each bite is a heavenly experience, bursting with rich flavors and a moist, tender crumb that rivals any traditional cupcake. The moment you step into C-Cups Bakery, you’re greeted by an inviting aroma that promises delightful treats ahead. Their displays are nothing short of adorable, showcasing an array of beautifully decorated confections that are almost too pretty to eat. The attention to detail extends to their packaging as well; the takeaway boxes are elegantly designed, making every purchase feel like a special gift. Whether you’re gluten-free or not, C-Cups Bakery offers an exceptional experience that delights all the senses. It’s a must-visit destination for anyone seeking top-quality baked goods in a charming and welcoming atmosphere.

I was really disappointed to see our (5) cupcakes all get packed in the same small box. When we got home & opened the box 1 had been stored sideways & another upside down. Toppings had all intermingled & frosting was smooshed (pictured). This was for my birthday but fortunately we were just celebrating with our household and this wasn't being offered to guests. Another reason for the low rating was my husband's last bite had a sizeable piece of hard plastic in it. This isn't flimsy pastry bag plastic, it's relatively thick & it's hard and as you can see in the picture has some sort of cracking/splintering. The cake flavors were good but kind of made me think of what I make out of Duncan's and there was something not quite right about the frosting.

The ONLY thing my 3-year-old wanted for his birthday was a robot cake. Literally, the only thing. When I asked Facebook for recommendations of a local bakery that could do a custom cake C.Cups was recommended by more than one individual. We've been here multiple times to pick up a sweet treat while walking around downtown, but honestly never realized they did custom cakes. We ended up with the most adorable robot cake ever, 24 cupcakes and one VERY happy toddler. The cake was absolutely delicious and one of the best we've ever tasted. My husband is generally adamantly against "pretty" cakes because they rarely taste as good as they look, but this one was 10/10 across the board. Thank you, C.Cups!

BUYERS BEWARE - DECEIVING PRICES

Ensure before you go in, you pay significantly more than what is advertised on their menu on the wall. For a dozen, their price says "$33.50+." We picked out a dozen cupcakes, and our total price ended up being $43.44, nearly $10 more than what's advertised.

We called to verify that there wasn't an error in being overcharged or anything like that. THIS IS WHAT WE WERE TOLD:

"Yeah, unfortunately the owners won't let us change the sign and that's the price when the store originally opened. Our dozen typically ranges from $36 - $40 + tax, it depends on how many specialty cupcakes you get."

There are no indicators on the tags or anywhere else regarding which cupcakes were "specialty cupcakes" and which ones were "standard cupcakes." My recommendation: don't go here until the business decides to update their prices and actually be transparent - which is REALLY my problem with this place.

Today ended our 'ritual' of getting cupcakes after eating at Betsy's. The cupcakes are good, but not '$44 for a dozen good' - especially after them pulling a fast one on the lack of...

One year for my neices birthday.....Well First Off The Giant Cupcake Was Dry & It Was Supposed To Be Smores & Tased Like Gingerbread! Also The Cupcakes Are Smaller Than The Cupcakes In The Actual Bakery. The Cupcake Designs You Can Tell Were Rushed Through. You Can See The Designs For One Character Look Different For The Same Character. Also Not What I Asked For. I Asked For Jumping In Muddy Puddles On The Cupcakes But I Didn't Even Complain About That. Just Wanted My Money Back On The Giant Cupcake That Was Dry & Tasted Like Gingerbread! Also No Matter What You Spend They Only Give You A Half A Dozen Cupcakes For Your Troubles. So You Could Spend 200-$1,000 & You Only Get A Half A Dozen Cupcakes Back If Your Order Is Messed Up! Terrible! Would You Pay $200 & Only Get A Half Dozen Cupcake Gift Card For This? They Need To Have Better Policies Because They Are Definitely...
