Arby's — Restaurant in Southern View

I would like to curse but I’m not I’m just going to say that this restaurant & only this restaurant has theee best & freshest food in the history of Arby’s that I have ever tasted in my entire life! Woah! Food is all about the flavor & texture,Today I ordered the 2 for $6 beef n cheddar & the texture of the meat was something I have never experienced & I am a cook myself! My goodness!, I also ordered the turkey Gyro meal with curly fries & extra sauce & 2 orders of cheese sauce with a coke with little ice, my daughter & I shared, we split the gyro first & I wanted it back after I had my share! The lettuce was fresh & light green the tomatoes were fresh the sauce was extra & the sandwich didn’t fall apart, the bread was soft not delicate but perfect, Omg! May 2024, place my order through the drive-thru it totaled $20. When I pulled up to pay with a $50 bill was told it's corporate policy that they cannot accept 50s or 100s. The drive-up window says no $100 bills accepted but nowhere from the drive-thru does it say anything about not accepting 50s. Was told the sign was inside. I explained that with the high inflation and the cost of everything going up a 50 is the new 20. So I was unable to complete the purchase. Went across the street to McDonald's. No issue.

The girl that’s always working the register at the drive thru window is consistently rude. Her attitude is always terrible towards customers and when taking orders. Went through at 12pm on 10/23/23, when I was handed my bag of food the girl working was not even looking at the direction of the window & never said thank you or have a good day, just put her hand out the window with my bag of food. I was not even aware if I could drive off or not or if I had all of my items. Terrible customer service from this young lady. As a manager she would not be working at my...
