Today was my first time ever going to this store or anything like it and I must admit, I instantly fell in LOVE! Soo many different services that they offer which is awesome! Not to mention, the many different varieties of crystals, incense, candals, lotions, bracelets, dreamcatchers, necklaces, books, potions, and soo much more! I was welcomed the second I walked in the door and one of the ladies helped me and had a nice conversation with me as well the entire time I was there! She was just incredibly sweet, friendly, and I was very impressed with her overall passion and knowledge for each item of her store! Very descriptive and helpful and it helped peak my interested even more! I recently started looking into and researching meditation and relaxation techniques, as well as, self care, crystals, chakras, and magic.. mainly because I have tried so many other things and just can't seem to find anything to completely help me with my stress, worry, physical and emotional pain and baggage, and so on. I used to be a very loyal customer that purchased rings, art pieces, crystals, etc. and I just recently went in and was very displeased with the service received. The woman who was helping me was very pushy for me to make a purchase, everything I looked at was “rare” or “never coming back” which I knew was a lie since I’ve been going there for a couple years now and see the same things as usual, and when I was leaving without making a purchase, the woman said “Bye.” In a very rude and abrupt tone that suggested I wasted her time even though the store was dead empty. I am a manager at a retail store and honestly was shocked at the audacity to switch up on a customer for not buying a $100 single stone ring. I have been going to Unique Enchantments for years, even though I now live out of town. I recently went there as part of my Mother's Day gift. I had my hair done, nails done, a foot soak, sat in the salt cave, and did a little shopping. I loved the crystals, jewelry and cup I got. The salt cave and foot soak were so relaxing. However, I cannot commend Crystal enough for doing such a wonderful job with my hair. My hair touches my butt, but I recently have struggled with some dryness and breakage since I am postpartum and have a chronic illness.
