Walgreens Pharmacy — Local services in Southern View

I would love to give no stars. I called in to Walgreens Pharmacy on Kokemill. I had never used this pharmacy before, so I had a few questions and wanted to talk to someone briefly but was unable to come in for a face to face consult. I waited on the line for 30 minutes before someone hung up on me. While angry, I figured that someone could have hung up on accident... so I called back. I waited on line for another hour before giving up. Not once did someone get on the line (even briefly) to tell me it would be a moment. I'm calling my doctors office to get my prescription...

Most unfriendly pharmacy I have ever utilized. This pharmacist should not work with people, she should have a work from home position. Choose a different Walgreens for a more convenient, efficient, and quality experience. I don’t anticipate this Walgreens will remain open much longer since other pharmacies with higher standards...
