Hi there! This is just an honest review of the service I received last Saturday. For around $250, I got my long hair all spotted. I am very disappointed because the lady that did my hair was very nice and she mentioned doing it since the beginnings of this salon. I won't leave a name, but it starts with an S. I noticed something in the salon but thought it might be the lighting. I gave it a first bath last night, and it seems like after some of the toner came out, the true result is coming to light. I've been growing my hair for a couple of years to have it long and nice for my wedding that's coming up, and now it's all ruined. I had to write this review because I paid a decent amount of money and besides that it isn't at all any more blonde, it bothers me that these highlights have been started from the root, even though I mentioned that I want it done exactly like last time, low maintenance, not to start it from the root. I was assured the information of what I got last time was available in the system, so we got to work. It is not even colored all the way to the bottom! And what I got on top (from the root down) is just a bit lighter than my natural color so it makes me wonder what did I pay for? Last time I got my hair done by another lady, same spot, blonde short hair, also very nice though, didn't layer my hair a bit like I asked, just cut my ends, but at least got the color right. Disappointing experiences and now my hair is ruined. Tell me would you would walk around like this? The last picture is of what I asked the first lady to try and get my hair to look like which she did as much as she could, now I needed a retouch. What I asked for VS what I got...? Can't see any defined color, only spots. Not...

I have nothing but words of appraisal for the esticician I had an appointment with for a classic facial. Usually I tend to overthink going to see anyone for a facial because my skin is overly sensitive but I went in anyways for a consultation and ended up getting the best treatment for my skin. Not only did I feel confident heading out of my appointment but I continued to get compliments through out the rest of my day on how my skin glowed. My husband had even noticed how rejuvenated my skin looked and felt. With that I knew I would be coming back for future appointments. With other businesses I have been pushed to buy their expensive products, not knowing if they were right fit for my skin or if it was truly worth buying. With Caitlyn not only did she relate to me by recognizing other corporations forcing products on their consumers, she gave me a free baby trial to take home and that alone let me have a peace of mind deciding if I should buy her product. To this day I continue to go to back to her for other skin treatments. She keen on continuing to educate me on how my skin works and what would be the best fit for my personal goals I would like to see in my overall skin care.
