On March 1, 2025, we booked a private dining room for 24 guests, fully expecting the amenities promised on our receipt: “Enjoy three hours of private dining, karaoke, within our private dining room, ensuring a personalized and trendy event for you and your guests.” However, despite our repeated inquiries about setting up the karaoke, our server appeared unsure and failed to act until our third request—merely assuring us that she would look into it. After several follow-ups, the manager eventually arrived and flatly stated, “This isn’t Krab and Karaoke,” which only made me chuckle in disbelief. When I showed her my receipt to resolve the discrepancy, she unexpectedly brought out a paper menu declaring that karaoke was an extra service—a service I never booked. This revelation only deepened our frustration and disappointment, especially since our decision to dine at BLVD was based on the advertised package. Regardless of the restaurant’s branding, we had clear, written confirmation of what we paid for. Instead of acknowledging the error or offering a genuine resolution, the only “solution” was to relocate our entire party from the private room—despite having already been seated, ordering drinks, and settling in—merely so we could receive a $120 refund. There was no accountability; the explanation given was that the person who confirmed our reservation would be fired, as if that somehow made up for the situation. As far as the food and drinks go, most of our party was satisfied. However, I wouldn’t recommend booking an event here unless every detail is meticulously defined and triple-checked in advance. Misrepresentation and a lack of professionalism like this are simply unacceptable. If a business advertises certain services, they should honor them—or at the very least, communicate clearly to avoid misleading their customers.

Restaurant could be better the the atmosphere was nice for a sports bar/ restaurant It had TVs and music playing music wasn’t too loud. You could hold a conversation. However, our table wasn’t clean. The floor had food underneath the table. The host was nice and she cleaned it promptly but the cleanliness of the restaurant could’ve been better. They only had one wait staff serving all the tables the price for the quality of food was unreasonable. I ordered fish and grits itcame with one piece of fish. That was the size of my hand. As in the picture they give you a whole bowl of grits. They were creamy, but they kind of taste like they have been in the refrigerator. My daughter ordered chicken sandwich and fries. The fries was nice and crispy. I didn’t eat any of the sandwich. Her sandwich came with bacon. The bacon was greasy and like jerky. The amount of food for the price is unreasonable most places you get two pieces of fish at minimum to three pieces they give you one piece of fish and a bowl of grits for $18. They include gratuity in the bill which I understand but what if I thought that was a four dollar service versus the eight dollar service than that’s what I shouldve been able to pay.The drink they call a Mocktail is nothing more then frozen Kool-Aid and it was disgustingly sweet to me.

Over priced Save your time, I wouldn’t go here. first time eating here and the service was trash. From the beginning sitting at the bar looking stupid waiting for a bartender to greet us. Ordered two waters and my wife ordered a drink it took the bartender 15min to make one drink then we order an appetizer of fried pickles. We arrived at 12:50pm our guest arrived at 1:30 and our appetizer still didn’t come, then we got sat at our table and the table was unstable and wobbly so we complained to a manger as she proceeded to find us a new table, meanwhile we got a table now it’s about 1:45pm as we got our menus and our other guest got there drinks and water, our original appetizer that my wife and I order still hasn’t came I mentioned it to the waitress (Chelsea) and she said it will be coming out shortly. It came out shortly after. Everyone ordered there food and the waitress (Chelsea) didn’t take the correct order and they messed up the two hamburgers that were ordered one was a turkey burger with a fried egg added on and the other was a regular hamburger we sent the one back and the same hamburger came out as if they never even corrected. for one egg to be added on a burger (which cost $4) that’s insane to me for 1 egg. so they brought the burger out that wasn’t supposed to have the egg on it out again for a second time and it still had an egg on it so I sent it back again. Now I’m getting frustrated bc I’m paying to go out to eat and my waitress isn’t getting our order correct then to top it all off you add gratuity to my bill as if the service was top notch now I’m not a person to not tip but your tip is based on how your service and hospitality is to me and my people. my waitress did not deserve a $22 tip I would of gave her $7 if I could. So my overall experience to this place is trash and I would step foot back in this place I’m sorry. I hope this review helps out for...

Never again, and I would also recommend checking the lowest scores first bc they are the most recent reviews.

1st let me say my server was the greatest. She made sure everyone in our party needs were met and answered questions and sought solutions. She was the only good thing about our experience. That being said, they were also understaffed on servers. She was managing the tables on the general floor and a party room without assistance. Now let's get to management and food quality. TRASH! I ordered the sirloin tips cooked medium. And what I got was sirloin chips cooked well done. I sent it back and the manager comes out with the plates to chatise me instead of her cooks and tells me this is medium so we are not making it over, so what do you want to order instead? I'm thinking if you think these steak chips are medium or even acceptable to serve for what you are charging you are crazy! bc the meat served was tough and fully brown throughout and cut into small thin minimal pieces of none sirloin cut meat. FYI definitely don't order the sirloin tips bc it was trash. The manager was so rude that under the advice of those I was with, they were like "don't order anything else from the kitchen", and I ended up sharing a piece of catfish from their plate. So no don't go save your money. Bc I'm...
