I came in on June 27th first time coming I took Lyft up there with me service dog and I went for a breakfast waffle Sandwich well.. The visit was Awful worst Tim hortons customer service. The cashier right away refused to take my order because I had a service dog 🐕 and was saying Im allergic and I said she is a service animal I carry my federal card stating the law and she said she didn't want to touch anything I handed because she is allergic. Next thing I know she is being very loud SAYING can someone please take her order Im not she has a dog and made a scene which embarrassed me. Like she couldn't stand there and push the order in give me a break. There was like 6 employees and I stood there while they were talking and doing whatever and all I wanted was my sandwich and coffee and my lyft ride was adding up by wait time. This other girl said oh I had a dog like that I carried her in my purse and would take her shopping and everywhere I went and another worker girl looked and said really??? And she said NO!! and they both started laughing!!!! I stood there with a smile on my face took the hits and left saying have a good day. Because I was not going to step down to there level and react Immature and unprofessional as they did. And they did not have my waffle Sandwich of course. Why advertise something have a big picture in the window but not serve it. So I would have posted this the day it happend but instead I got ahold of cooperate office In Canada filed a compliant and they had 3 business days to respond. While its July 5th with No response from this store. So I called Cooperate again to let them know I never once got a 📞. I know the laws very well about service animals and disabilities rights and what happen that day was humiliating not only towards ME BUT ALL SERVICE ANIMALS AND ALL DISABLED PEOPLE!!! So since I was respectful enough to give them time to respond and they have not I am now posting. Should Tim Hortons itself be held accountable for Discriminating or This store inperticular??? Do you think its right for a cashier or anyone else who works ecspecially with the public refuse service to a disabled person and their service dog? How many PEOPLE who have Dogs or pets go out in public and hand a cashier or any other person Money...Credit card..Coupons merchindise ect ect...??? And imagine to be told Im allergic I cant take your order or anything from you!!! Im sure that cashier touched things everyday from people who have pets she probably works with people who have pets but she could not take my Order???And since this Tim hortons was notified of this situation and has not called me back on the matter I guess I would take it as they are also as bad as there Employees and discriminates against Service animals and people who are disabled! Shame on you Tim Hortons!!!! Who stands behind Business owners and Employess who mistreats and discriminates against SERVICE animals and DISABLED PEOPLE!!! I am standing up for all service animals because for 1 they can not and all the disable people who may not know...
Read moreDine in hours differ from drive thru hours. This hour difference isn't posted online or on their doors, however; so when I arrived, I was made to stand outside in the rain for twenty minutes. The manager confused all the employees who were concerned by the sight of me getting cold and wet waiting to be let in a store that was clearly already opened. One employee opened the doors for me three minutes earlier from the time the manager hand gestured to me thru the window, and apologized for the manager's rudeness and icy treatment. I ordered and began to study, but the chairs were small, hard, and uncomfortable. I think seeing my books in hand the manager didn't want me to feel welcomed to sit a long time. I stayed about ninety minutes but noticed most "dine in" customers did not dine in. I overheard a pleasant greeting exchanged to everyone and noticed most customers leaving with a good laugh. The donuts were fresh and delicious but the sandwich seemed inedible and just weird in color, texture, and...
Read moreI usually have a high rating for this particular Tim Hortons. I went today after my treatment and I was a little fuzzy today. I needed a quick pick me up before I went home. As a customer I'm always polite and kind to the person working the drive thru as I worked in the food service and customer service for years I was always kind even if I had to be a little more patient. I usually order a small hot chocolate with hazelnut (a splash) with whip cream and maybe a donut or avocado toast another hot chocolate with whip cream for my sister. No problem. But today I was confused of the question and ordered an additional cocoa with marchiano so that's 3. The cashier tried to handle it professionally but the manager was in a huff and unkind. I usually come once or twice a week but she made me feel small. But I still maintained civility. I don't know who she is but even though you try to get people through the line to keep a Excellent record at the drive thru in and out. Kindness goes a long...
