Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Southfield

The worst!! Do yourself a favor go to another location. There were 2 young African American teenagers that were serving customers on the cold stone side. When they finally assisted my party, we asked about a flavor of ice cream, instead of allowing one of us to use the sample spoon, he used it to tell us what flavor the icecream was, by the way, I've never seen that done before. They then advertised icecream cones in the larger waffle cone. When asked for that style the young man went in the back and brought out a sugar cone which would have clearly not been the right size. He then states "this is all we sell, the pictures are for advertising purposes only" 😐, so basically they're advertising a product that according to the young man they don't even sell. So that made a whole lot of sense.....but not. On top of their terrible customer service, the size order was wrong, which the manager just gave us because of the confusion when attempting to place our orders. Just don't waste your time. You're better off at another...

Lady said she was stressed out by making my order. She created my selection but the other employees came by with his car keys, into my ice cream which isn't cheap!! I asked for another one, she huffed and puffed. Then my new one with out rusted key topping 😠, was handed to me. I asked her not to place a lid on it but she said, "I don't have time to keep making you happy". "You can throw away the lid when you leave I don't care". I looked at her and said nothing. I figure it would be better to leave this post. I thought her job was to provide a service to the paying customers. Maybe I was wrong. This woman was rude and obnoxious. My name Is Tammie and if I am to recommend this Cold Stone, I will tell people to go elsewhere, because ghe Cold Stone at 25203 Evergreen at 10 mile in Southfield, doesn't care about its customers. I'm not sure about you but I don't know if rusty keys is something you want dragged across...

Myself and 4 children and my friend and her 4 children arrived at 3p. Will help me and my children pretty quickly. Demetrius the second guy serving and assisting did not assist my friend and her children. After helping 2 other parties and will stopping to answer the phone my friend asked Demetrius if he could serve them. He stated no this is how they do it all the cold stones. She explained to him that we were 2 separate bills and he should have help her but he looked annoyed and proceeded to helping yet another customer. It is now 3:22 my children and I have been sitting down enjoying our ice cream for quite some time and my friend is still waiting with her children to have their ice cream mixed and served. She asked Demetrius his name and rather than verbalize it he rudely points to his name tag that is affixed to the side of his hat. Management please intervene! Really poor...
