My experience at this location was honestly nightmarish on Saturday night. I came through the drive thru, after waiting nearly 15 minutes to order, only to get my order wrong twice by the gentleman who was taking orders at the speaker. Then, I pulled up to the window and asked if they could repeat the order to me once last time for accuracy. Both of the men who were in the window were utterly confused by my question and they did not even know what my order was - they had to ask the woman who was making the orders what my order was. She was then very irate and rude when she shouted out what my order was. Upon getting my bag, not only was my order STILL incorrect, but I was missing a fry from my order too (I spent over $22 at this establishment). When I called the store to let them know my order was wrong, the same woman interrupted me to tell me that my order was made right, and then she walked away from the phone stating that "these people be tripping!". I tried to call back and she blocked my phone number. I called back from a different phone number, simply asking for the manager's name of this location, and I was met with complete silence. I just hung up and made plans to call corporate today. This is the 4th horrible experience I've had at a Wendy's location and I would never recommend this location to anyone! Unprofessionalism...
Read moreFor starters the line at the drive thru was backed up on to Greenfield Road. The Dining room was empty... All makes sense when you pull on the door and it's locked at 8:30 in the evening. The employee just stood there waving us in for about a minute before he realized there was a problem.
It took him MUCH longer than that to take a simple order. And the other employees filling the order were far less motivated. According to the receipt we placed the order at 8:30. Didn't walk out the doors until 5 min to 9. Somehow the chicken tenders were dry, leathery and burned on the outside. Well the 3 of the 4 that were actually chicken tenders that is. The 4th one was a regular chicken nugget. It was just cold. So were the fries that they were struggling to figure out in the order.
I swear I'm done with Wendy's. Each location tries to out-do the others in craptastic...
Read moreSo I was here last week at the end of the week. I had some minor issues with the order and I called. When I called I was told to come back in and speak with the manager. When I came in, Manager Ken, redid my order with very few questions and it was just perfect! Food was delicious and fresh ... Everything. So sad that they couldn't do it from the first shot, but at the end of the day I am a happy customer food was amazing and Wendy's still has the best food. I do not know this guy personally and I don't have anything with him, but I also want to make a simple observation. When I came in last time things were a little chaotic. No leader. No voice.
