Had the following: sweet potato. Angry california, Philadelphia and shrimp tempura. Presentation wise, a bunch of roles in a container. Taste wise. The seaweed what kind of rubbery. Didn’t really stick at all. I have never had sushi fall apart with the use of chopsticks, but it happens often. The shrimp tempura had the tail still in it. I have had shrimp tempura at many other places, and usually, the entire thing was edible- but this has the tail for some reason. The only time I have add sushi that included cream cheese and tastes good, was a Godzilla role in 2007. It is still the same. The Philadelphia was not… bad but not.. something I need to have again. The sweet potato is usually my go to, but I I had to guess which one it was, and it didn’t taste like others I had before. I am glad a left a tip for the front staff, as they were sweet, but I wouldn’t come back here or recommend anyone for this place. I am going to have to eat it because I spent close to 30$, but I truly regret doing so Edit it: Update, I couldn’t finish it all. Other parts of pieces in trash, where the remainder of this is going also. Below subpar and so mad I chose this place

We have been going here for years, but recent changes have soured our opinion. My wife tried to treat herself recently only to be given the wrong pick up order (didn't realize until already home). It happens, and they promised to replace it at a later date. She returned tonight to pick up her due order, and ordered bulgogi (one of our favorites) to go with it. They changed the recipe and stopped serving over rice unless by "special request". $18 for a small portion of bulgogi, "steamed" broccoli, and less than 8 oz of rice. When I called to speak to the manager, I was told they were too busy to talk to me and I should call back another time. Long story short, quality has declined. Portions have gotten smaller. And management customer service is poor. Managers set the tone and culture for a business, so if this is the way they would like to conduct business... Count me out. We will find a new place to go.

I’m truly disappointed in my experience today. I am a regular at this sushi restaurant, they know my order and my name by heart. I called to order a carry out two hours before close, and I was turned away. She said “sorry we can’t accept anymore carry out orders because we’re 86 salmon and we’re super backed up”. How does she know what I was going to even order? I don’t order the salmon? What happens if I come in and dine in? Would you just turn me away? I’m upset because I look forward to getting sushi on Wednesday because they’re closed on Monday and Tuesday. It definitely put a damper in my mood and I just don’t think that’s right from a consumer's perspective. I’ve managed a busy restaurant and we accept to-go orders even five minutes before close. I don’t know what else to say, I’m appalled. You can see on my screen shot that it was definitely two hours before they’re closing time at 9p.m.
