Let’s just start off with it was a Monday. Many restaurants are closed and maybe this one should have been also, they needed the extra day off to get themselves together…they’re a newer restaurant but not THAT new, it has officially been over one month and they have a lot to work on. Truly wish Southington would get better restaurants, just a handful of good ones in the area. Sad this is right in the center. Cold food, raw chewy calamari, a nonexistent beer list, need more white wines by the glass. I ordered the carbonara as it was described as I have had it before. Not so. When it came to the table, it didn't look like Carbonara. Gave it the benefit of the doubt.
