The Hungry RoadThe Hungry Road
(Last visited 10/22/2021.) So I've seen this place get mentioned in The Wingaddicts Facebook group a couple of times so Bae and I made our way here to check this place out and here's how it went! Atmosphere/Appearance: As soon as you walk in this place wraps you up and hugs you. It feels warm, welcoming and it invites you in. There's a lot of stone walls, a little bit of wood and warm, yellow lighting. There are several sections of the restaurant and navigating them CAN be a bit confusing for first-timers, but it's not that bad. Service: I can't remember who took care of us, but she was great. There was nothing to complain about and she made sure that we had everything we needed. Food: Now, for the main event! This place is REALLY well known for their wood-fired pizzas that have such a unique flavor, but we are here for the wings. The Fire Place offers wings in 6 flavors, but only in 1 size and you can only get 1 flavor per order. So we ended up with 2 flavors, the original "Fire Place Wings" and their Spicy Garlic flavor. When I tell you I was absolutely blown away by every aspect of of these wings I mean. The texture, flavor, spice, size, everything. These are literally some of the best wings I've ever had. This is exactly what I mean when I say wings that aren't fried take you to new worlds! I did prefer the original flavor to the the spicy garlic, but it honestly didn't matter. I MUST come back to try the other 4 flavors and to film them for my channel! We also split a Spinaci Salad which contains spinach, red onions, Mandarin oranges, pecans, Gorganzola cheese and served with a raspberry vinaigrette. That too was crisp, fresh, deliciously sweet and filling. Value: Each order of wings is $15.99 and comes with a dozen. For what you get they're absolutely worth the money. For sure. The salad was $11.99 for the large. In conclusion, I loved this place. I haven't been back yet, but Bae and I talk about revisiting all the time. We just need to make it happen! If you made it this far in the review, I appreciate you reading. Please do me a favor and head on over to "The Hungry Road" on YouTube and subscribe! My channel features a lot of food, car and exclusive shoe related content! Help me grow! Thank you so much!

I have never given a 1 rating to any of the numerous restaurants I have been to. Something has to be egregiously wrong with the food or service to merit this undistinguished rating. You can judge from the pictures I included and make your own judgement on this matter. Many people like this place but to serve a customer a totally burnt and charred pizza says volumes about a lack of quality control, kitchen procedures and common sense. The pizza I received and which I should have inspected before accepting this takeout order was obviously place in a blazing hot oven and not properly cooked. The kitchen staff that cooked this pie and passed it on for delivery to a customer is obviously not properly trained or monitored which begs the serious question of what else do they do that a customer may not be aware of??? In addition, the restaurant is seriously dark inside - I am not talking about ambient lighting - it's like walking outside at midnight on a moonless night. If you are elderly, prone to falls or tripping or just like to see what you are eating, I would avoid this place.

First time trying their pizza and not impressed. I ordered a large Hawaiian pizza and a large mashed potato pizza. Both pizzas ended up being over $50.00 ..Barely any toppings.. the Hawaiian pizza was mostly just a cheese pizza with a few pieces of toppings thrown unevenly on the pizza and also tasted pretty salty. Mashed potato pizza the toppings was also very uneven and not enough toppings tasted like one tiny piece of bacon. The crusts on both pizzas was very thin the Hawaiian pizza was half burnt and the mashed potato pizza was undercooked and doughy. Hopefully they make improvements to their pizza ..but I have no desire to go back to The Fireplace for pizza ever again.

What a GREAT place! A breath of fresh air! I stumbled upon Fireplace on Sun. 7/25 after a local witnessed a bad restaurant experience nearby first hand & recommended visting Fireplace!

Very neat & clean resturant with a casual feel. They were quick to accommodate my party of 8 and to seat us. Our waitress was quick to serve drinks and gave us time to place our order. GREAT beer list! We tried many of the apps and the wings were PHENOMENAL! Easily in my top 5! We ordered 5 separate pizzas & each were great! The best Mashed Potato Pizza I've ever had! #ElPresidente #Portnoy #Barstool #BarstoolPizza you must add this to your list!

Our server was polite & attentive! She was an absolute pleasure! Will happily return here any time I'm back in...
