“I didnt notice” compare subway to what it used to be years ago and its two different companies went from care and value to stingy and poor customer service. You order your sub in deluxe now to get “value” and its smaller then what it was when it was 5$ so you pay 10$ for less?! Makes no sense. The new staff is completely lacking horribly rude as they added a pinch of lettuce to my sub i said “ you know i asked for a deluxe” (because i was handed over to someone else) His response is “i didnt notice” and couldnt have said it any more rude then he did. For a total of 14$ for a sub chips and drink i can get a large meal 2x the value at D'Angelo next door....

When I was trying to put veggies in my sub, she said she’d charge me extra for “extra veggies” even though I had asked for the normal veggies and she was saying how I was lucky for getting a “discount” (which was not true).
