Soon as we walked in we were greeted by a friendly host and was seated promptly. The Waitress we had was very friendly, I ordered the blooming onion, Steak 8oz with Coconut Shrimp, Side Salad and a Baked Potato loaded. Now THIS was my 1st time at an Outback Steakhouse so I don't know if it was the ranch dressing or the onions they put in the salad but it was spicy and I have a stomach condition that I cannot do spicy so I couldn't enjoy the salad. The Blooming Onion was just a tad bit over seasoned but I liked it, The Steak was cooked at Medium Rare it was absolutely delicious and juicy, the Baked Potato was huge they got everything on it except for the butter, but it was good, Coconut Shrimp was only 4 pieces not that big but they were good with the pineapple dipping sauce. I saved room for dessert I had the Butter Cake it was Strawberry's with whipped cream and Strawberry juice, the cake was very dense kinda had a hard time cutting it with the spoon they gave me. I was hoping that the strawberry juice would of soaked it up and make it a little softer but nope. My other half basically ordered everything that I did except dessert he choose the Chocolate Thunder I tried a spoonful and it was just overwhelming for me in sweetness, if you have a sweet tooth for chocolate that's definitely for you. The Staff though extremely friendly a gentleman waiter saw me looking at doors smiled and directed me to the bathrooms and while walking there and back waitress smiled and said thank you for coming. This place will always have a customer with me...
Read moreIt’s been a hot minute since I’ve been in an Outback Steakhouse but those commercials and ads tempted me to come in for that 14.99 3 course meal deal..of course, I didn’t get that because I upgraded, so let’s get into the experience shall we? The waitress I had was Cathy, but this whole experience was mesmerizing from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. The girl working at the front counter seating people (Becca), great personality on her which is exactly what you want at a restaurant..it sets the tone. Cathy was very friendly, bubbly, and made excellent recommendations on what to get. She also had a girl behind the scenes, Gabby who brought the food out and made sure I didn’t touch the plates when they were hot, very attentive and good at her job. House salad with in-house made ranch dressing which was on the spicy side….perfection. I couldn’t decide between the steak of the chicken so she said the steak. I got the 8oz center cut sirloin steak, medium rare which was cooked to perfection. Came with the baked potato (fully loaded). I also got the over the top Brussel sprouts but they were too spicy/hot for me. The cheesecake, I chose to go with a raspberry and you can’t go wrong with a cheesecake. Perfect meal, great experience and plenty of parking. Excellent job by all. Side note…this is my first time in here and had to ask the waitress for all their names to put them in here. On a scale of 1-5; easily a 7* experience. On a 1-10…gotta...
Read moreHubby and I went on one of the busiest days of the year - Fathers Day 2023. We were seated about 20 minutes after we arrived because we added our names to the list early. I’m pregnant and asked for a table with chairs and the manager gave us a booth where the table can be pulled out - kudos to him! The food is always delicious. We had the kookaburra wings for the first time. They were so delicious, but weren’t spicy like we asked for which was no big deal. The steaks were delicious as usual, mine wasn’t cooked to medium rare the way I asked but still delicious. I just chalked that up to how insanely busy they were. The new-ish brussel were a perfect balance of sweet and spicy. I don’t love the Mac and cheese but for some reason I keep getting it. I usually just bring it home and doctor it up. I don’t typically have enough room for dessert, but being pregnant has given me a second wind lol. I hand the chocolate thunder from down under that I (reluctantly) shared with my hubby lol and it was soo good! I’d go there just for that! Even though it was busy, our waiter had other staff bring condiments and keep our drinks filled. We were even given a strawberry salad on the house just because and a free blooming onion for the next visit. All in all a great restaurant when you’re looking for awesome service and great food! It’s our go to spot. PS please bring back the seafood food combo lol - I was so sad when it was taken off the menu a...
