I’m giving one 1 star because I can’t leave it blank, I’ve had the worst experience of my life in this place, the worst service I've ever been given, today 08/01/21 at 5:00 p.m. Taco Bell in Southington the girl cashier give me my food wrong ,my husband tell her kindly that she was wrong whit the order ….and she tells us with attitude “ do not give me attitude I don’t take the order “ and she slapped the window in our face ,she was screaming at the employees for 10 minutes and we were waiting for food, we have to get out of the car because nobody went out to talk to us, my husband had to lock me up in the car because I was ready to fight with her, my husband had to go inside and take the food and after that she was continue fighting with him, they should see the people who hired as it seems that the woman was in the block of her neighborhood fighting with family, no respect or education at all, I was so upset that I couldn't eat my food I had to throw out my food and of course my money, im gonna tell everyone who can see this message that if you don't want to be mistreated like us don’t go to Taco Bell in Queen Street in Southington, they're going to give you worse...
Read moreWow never in my life have I received such bad service. On Aug 1 2021 at 5pm I got to the food window. The cashier told me the total, took my money & gave me the change. She gives me a small bag. I look in the bag & I say this is not my order. She snatched the bag out my hand and screams to the associates “yall gotta get the orders right I’m not gonna deal with this guy’s attitude” and slams the glass window shut. At this time I make my way in to speak to a manager. The cashier throw my bag… continues to mumble attitude and points to her manager. The manager say “Weather the customers right or wrong they are right” and asks me if my order was in the bag. She says “we have orders and arguing does not make the orders any faster” Me as a customer I felt so disrespected and disappointed . They both should be fired. It’s obvious management is unprofessional the team will be unprofessional. I spend my hard earned money here and I have to leave feeling like I was wrong because the manager did not want to acknowledge that her associate was very wrong and disrespectful. Read moreI ordered ahead on the Taco Bell website and drove 16 minutes to the restaurant. The website said my order was ready for pickup. The doors were locked, at 10 PM, even though the website says dine-in until 12 AM; so I waited 40 min in the drive-thru line to grab my order. I get to the window and the DT Cashier/order taker said they lost my mobile order. I verbally tell him what my order was: One Zero Sugar Baja Blast + Two fresco Black Bean Crunchwraps w/seasoned rice and potatoes. I get the drink. 10 minutes later I get the bag of food. One crunchwrap has no beans. One has the beans, but also fiery Doritos. I ask for a refund. They push back saying they'll remake the food. At this point I'm frustrated and have no faith in their ability to make my food properly. I hand over the bag and leave. I'm currently contacting the bank to reverse the transaction. Also still hungry having not eaten all day and it's almost 11:30 PM. Never coming to this taco bell location again, posting this experience to all socials, Google reviews, Yelp, etc. Slow and incompetent "fast"...
