Savannah at Nonnie's Baking Company absolutely knocked it out of the park with our daughter's wedding cake! From our first consultation, she took the time to truly understand our vision and expertly guided us through every decision to create the perfect cake for the Oak Island celebration.

The final result was breathtaking—a stunning two-tier masterpiece with elegant dark green lace detailing on the bottom tier and a beautifully textured white top tier. The fresh flowers in vibrant pinks and soft creams were arranged so artfully that the cake looked like a work of art against the beach backdrop. Guests couldn't stop taking photos of it!

But beyond the gorgeous design, the cake tasted absolutely incredible. It's rare to find a wedding cake that delivers on both beauty and flavor, but Savannah nailed it on both fronts.

We really wanted to like this place, but the pastries we purchased were just really not very good. The place was empty other than us and the clerk behind the counter. That could be because the store is off the main road hidden in the side of a strip mall. The cupcakes were dry and did not have buttercream frosting yet were quite expensive for the small size. Moreover, the actual taste was rather bland. Quite honestly, they were subpar to the quality and taste of a box of Betty Crocker cake mix. As for the cookies, my wife took two bites and it was so dry my wife threw it away. There was frosting on the cookie, but it wasn't a buttercream frosting rather the frosting was more like the texture of meringue on the cookie. The selection of pastries is very limited as well. They are no competition for Burney's Bakery or even Lowes. Hostess cupcakes are much less expensive, larger and much more tasty. We were very disappointed and cannot recommend...
