I went to grab some food late night. There was a long line which happens sometimes, no big deal. Order and wait for my food at the last window. I'm met by a person who is speaking on the phone the entire and barely acknowledges me. I ask for ketchup with my meal and get two packets, hilarious. She hurries away because she needs to finish her phone conversation. I get home and find that my fries and burger are overcooked.
I drive back and explain to the drive thru attendant. I tell her I need to speak to a manager to resolve the issue. She asks to see the receipt because the manager doesn't speak English. The person that handled my order at the last window was the manager. The same person who couldn't pay any attention to anything else but her phone conversation. Aside from her poor customer service, she doesn't speak English. I'm baffled but okay I'll bite. I'm asked to pull to the next window. I get my food; fries look good, drink is decent but my burger bun is burned again, rock hard. I show the manager and she tells me to pull over and they'll fix the order. I wait approximately 15 minutes and nothing. I walk to the window, hand the food over and ask for a refund. The manager nonchalantly takes the bag and throws it in the garbage and tells the drive thru attendant to issue my refund. No apologies, no accountability. As my refund is being issued I chat with some of the workers about the manager and her work ethic. Her name is Saida/Zaida (could be misspelled) and this is a regular thing.
I intend to let the general manager/owner know about how I was treated as a customer. Those people who work under her need better leadership....
Read moreJust visited this location. At times, this location can provide excellent customer service and at other times the services is horrible. This morning was one of those days where customer service did not even exist. While in the drive-thru, I waited a few mintues for someone to take my order, after saying hello 3 times no response, I went inside to place my order. There were 3 people ahead of me. As I am waiting on my order, the manager I presume, advises that they do not have any frappes which is one of the items I ordered. I advised presumed manager to just give me the 2 other items I ordered and refund me for the drink. His response, I have 2 other orders before you(which I am aware of). I try to advise the presumed manager that I was in the drive-thru without response. No form of acknowledgement to my statement and clear dismissal of customer. Once he gets to my order almost 10 mintues after the fact, I proceed to tell him again that I was in the drive-thru and no one responded. He tells me that he is the only person in the store where I see someone mopping, someone outside hosing the store down. Have those individuals help is what I'm thinking. Besides that, it is the total dismissal of my obvious complaint. I advise him that I am in customer service as well and he could have at leasr acknowledged my complaint instead of totally dismissing me by ignoring me. Very rude manager. Hope McDonald's invest in better customer service training for their employees...
Read moreThe employee used harrassing language at the drive through, her name is BIANCA she works there at 2am..as I approchaed she said "what do you want" and I said 6 nuggets and small cheese burger, she replied "a cheese burger is not small but okay" and I asked for a hashbrown and she yelled "NO!" and I said...im sorry? and she replied screaming at the top of her lungs (no joke) "WE DONT HAVE HASHBROWNS!!!" and i said "okay, im sorry" and i pulled up to pay. When I approached she yelled the price at me, and I was afraid she was on some drugs or something, it definately was not normal..and after I paid shejust stood there, staring me down, not breaking eye contact..she gave me the receipt and I said "I dont need the receipt" and she just stood there..staring me down..and i pulled up the the next window, expressed my concern with the woman, and she told me to call the phone number. I am very shocked. This is dangerous not for me, but for the employee. God firbid she does that to the wrong person, she could get hurt. This isnt for me, but for her, im concerned about HER safety...the employees there are all african american, most very sweet people..the other woman always greets me with a smile..but god forbid if she starts an altercation with the wrong person..she can get hurt, and if the police get involved..is dangerous..her name is bianca..i always got here because its 24/7 but not anymore after this woman treated...
