Version 1: Yesterday, I went to the store and they didn't have much for sale. They were joking about being too poor to afford truck deliveries. Today, I went back and ordered two bagel twists and a coffee, even though I don't usually drink coffee. When I asked if they had any sandwiches, they said no, so I stuck with my original order. I noticed on the screen that I was charged for three coffees. When I pointed it out, the employee got angry and gave me only one bagel twist instead of two saying I ordered one . She started yelling at me and arguing, even throwing money at me. When I asked to speak to the manager, she claimed she was the manager and told me to leave. It was a shocking and abusive experience. I mentioned calling headquarters, but she just laughed. It's no surprise they have no money with such behavior. We don't go to places like this to be mistreated while ordering food. Read moreWalked into the store around 11:15, there was 5 cars in the drive thru and one person in front of my family and I. I timed it only due to how long it took, it took 18 minutes for a toasted bagel with cream cheese. My wife ordered a chai tea and after ordering and paying, we were told that they did not have any. Just before the bagel came out (approximately 15 minutes), my wife's food came out and was ice cold. All while we were there, there was a refund given at the window, 2 refunds for my party, and the older woman behind me was able to order an item that the store was apparently out of. Nobody took charge of the situation and everyone seemed to be either disinterested in helping guests, or just not wanting to. One of the most frustrating experiences I've had in a very long time.

I took a lid off and showed AVERY while trying to tell her they weren't full and they were luke warm at best and she shut the window in my face while I was speaking. Chai is chai and it would have been fine if they would have charged me for smalls and gave me the difference back. I can warm it up when I get home. Take a look at the picture.
