Joe's Pizza and Pasta — Restaurant in Spanish Fort

Very happy with the quality of the pizzas. You can purchase by the slice. They reheat in BakersPride ovens and they reheat it perfectly on a pizza screen so it comes back out nice and warm and still soft and crunchy. The dough is a 24 hour ferment and is rolled out in a New York Style pizza. So it is a thinner dough, but has good structure to it so it holds well when you fold it to consume it. They have a simple menu and they do well at what they offer. I took a 4 Cheese slice and a plain cheese slice and they were both excellent. Next time I will order one of their calzones. We kept hearing about how good this place is, and we had been eager to give it a try! Today, we called our order in for 2 18" pizzas (margherita and pepperoni) and the pasta carbonara. The pizzas were incredible!! Full of flavor and the dough was exactly what I had hoped for.

My kiddo is the pickiest eater, and surprisingly doesn't love pizza! However, he miraculously ate 2 whole slices and even said how delicious the crust was (we agree!).

The service was great, and our order was 100% correct, which has been a struggle for us with other local pizza joints. I would highly recommend...

So happy Spanish Fort finally has a great carry-out pizza place ... and it's convenient too! A giant step forward for mankind!!!!
