Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Sparks

I ordered through Door Dash tonight but apparently there's a glitch and I had to pick up this order. I have a sick husband and and 3 year old whom obviously cant be left alone hence why I door dashed ice cream. I had promised my little some ice cream so I just went to pick it up. When I got there no order was found but I was charged. This situation was handled so poorly. For 1. this employee didn't want me to speak to a manager so she posed herself as one and demanded I only spoke to her. For #2 the amount of attitude and NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE she shouldn't work in the customer service industry. THIS CHILD WHO THOUGHT WAS GROWN ENOUGH TO SPEAK TO ME IN THE MOST DISGUSTING WAY, needs to be reprimanded. I'm a regular at this Baskin Robbins store. I just wanted the ice cream for my daughter and didn't have my card because I thought this order was paid for. I ordered 2 banana splits with extra whip cream and nuts on them. Then when got the banana splits, they had no whip cream or nuts on them. I ven took pictures of them for advance. When I called them to tell them about the issue with the order, they said they would reimburse the order. Then an hour later someone called me back to tell me that all they could reimburse was a scoop of ice cream and that they did not write down the order correct. I told the guy who called that I would be charging back, he said they were going to fight the charge back even tho they got the order wrong. Needless to say I've never felt so disrespected or taken advantage of. I've never written a review on any one before, this is my 1st one. It's such a shame that my first review was a bad one. We arrived while the open sign was on. Employees had already locked the door, and where cleaning up. We where looking forward to some ice cream, real quick. I knocked on the door, and pointed to the bright open sign. The man looked at me, then shook his head. The women completely ignored that I was there. Not only did this basking ribbons loose 4 paying customer. But lost a loyal customer. The last 5 minutes between 10:55 and 11:00 the company could have had 4 satisfied customs that would return, repetly! That would have been out by 11:00 anyway .
