Tang’s Kitchen in Sparks is the real deal! Walked in hungry, walked out full, happy, and already planning my next order. I had the beef pan-fried noodles—crispy like they just jumped out of the wok doing kung fu. My wife got the Szechuan chicken, and it had just the right kick—like Bruce Lee in a chili pepper costume.
We asked for no MSG (trying to keep the heartbeat below hummingbird speed), and they kindly made it fresh without compromising flavor. Respect! The food came out hot, fast, and full of that deep, rich Chinese food magic that makes you question why you ever bothered with microwave orange chicken.

Hot and sour soup - an 9 could have had a bit more “stuff in it” flavor was perfect. Egg flower soup a 10. Kung pao chicken combo dinner a 9; Szechuan combo dinner a 10; Mongolian beef combo dinner a 10 and Egg foo young a 10. The best Chinese food we’ve had in years. The restaurant was spotless comfortable and the service excellent.
