Tonight I ordered a Salami and Chicken Salad at 10 to 6pm for pick up at 6:15 pm.. upon my Arrival at 6:13, no Salad no order according to the Superviser. "We never received it" I said I've got a confirmation number but, according to the Supervisor it won't work. Well why have a confirmation number? You have to have the confirmation email to get your order. So here I go back home to get the email. I returned twenty minutes later with the email and bank state- ment just incase. She punches the info into the computer and like nothing up comes my order. Now, I am the only person in the place that's a customer. The Supervisor is conversating with Three other employees and nobody is dealing with my salad. Then this guy comes with fatally incorrect order from before and it's 'we are so sorry, will make that right for you right now". Still waiting on my Salad. Finally here it comes in a big bag, I thank the girl and hit the door. Not so much as a "sorry about that, we'll make it right". Or "we are really sorry for the confusion with the on line order". Here's a coke or other drink to ease the pain. No nothing of any sort. Now I'm into this for 1 hour and 40 minutes and fuming.

   Read moreOur first time here and staff was very helpful in explaining the menu options to us. The menu was not overly complicated but the willingness to help was a nice touch. We were not made to feel rushed at all. In retrospect we should have perhaps hurried a little because while it was empty when we started not five minutes later a rush came in, that is the nature of fast food service. If it is empty when you get in there take advantage, grab a table and order! My husband ordered his toasted I ordered mine untoasted since we wanted to see if it made that much of a difference. It does, get the sandwich toasted! And when available grab a couple of those empty five gallon pickle buckets for two dollars. The money goes to a good cause and a good scrub (coffee grounds from the Dollar Tree right there gets rid of the smell) and you have a food grade five gallon bucket...

In front of her I went through everything in app and finally figured it out myself. I told her politely that she needs to not only train her co-workers, but she should be able to answer a simple question from customers. Both of them gave me a dirty look and acted as if they could cate less. Very disappointing visit. Then I get back to work and my Italian I ordered did not have cucumber on it as ordered, I said no pickle and I got pickle.
