I would have Given -5 stars but I had to give a one star rating to do this review every time I go there in the morning they never open on time one time I wait 45 minutes before they opened this McDonald’s on Oddie blvd.When you go in there your constant with being bombarded by people asking you for money there’s multiple Homeless people inside this McDonald’s sleeping camping out in front of this McDonald’s in the parking lot looking through the dumpsters it is not a good site to see when you’re trying to eat breakfast with your children in the morning in comp lately asked for money every time I go on there for somebody outside I tell the people behind the counter hey you know you got some people outside sleeping on the sidewalk and ask you for money they don’t say or do anything about I don’t like this McDonald’s because every time I use the app the app does not work properly and they will not honor any other two for ones or the McAfee specials when I use the bathroom issue surely somebody sleeping inside the bathroom especially in the morning time usually the water is shut off in the sink in the bathroom and I tell them about it they don’t seem to care it’s a health apartment violation when I go up to ask for another item to order they tell me to wait and then I just forget about the customer service at this particular McDonald’s needs to be completely revise these people all need to have customer service training .However in a positive matter I would like to say for the most part that they do have FOXNews my favorite morning news and they also have the Food Network which is great to watch what you’re eating for most of the time on the TVs are workingMcDonald’s Corporation has a hole all the way down to the franchise owners need to train every single employee how to do everything from cleaning the bathrooms to cooking cashiering I noticed everybody at this McDonald’s all has a specific job function and that’s all they do nobody to multitask which is unfortunate maybe the managers try to do that boat without...

I would give them 0 but I cant. Thursday night I went to this McDonalds on Silverada and ordered food for my daughters. I placed my order through the drive thru and I was very clear on my order my friend was with me! I arrive at the window to pick up my order. When leaving I noticed that my bag was too light And my french fries was missing I had ordered a chicken nugget meal small the person tn the other side said they didnt carry small only medium or large so I said Medium I ordered a Happy Meal with cheeseburger no mustard extra picckes with apples and a chocolate milk and apple slices. I had to go all the way around in the drive thru wait since there were cars ahead of me. I told the gentlemen I was missing fries he asked for my receipt which they had already asked for and told me to pull up to the next window I would get my fries gentlemen with no good customer service at all said I would need to pay for the difference on my fries I told him I had ordered a meal since the get go extra sauce and was charged for the chicken nuggets and the drink but not the fries how is that my fault that should have fallen on who took my order and they should have taken fault for getting my order incorrect.!!! It was not about the money its about the service received and the fact that when I asked for the manager Melissa with really long red til nails by the way came up to the window and told me the same thing I had to pay the difference after having to go atound wait in like again and then also this is not the first time this happened once they forgot to put my caramel frapp once I went home without sauces and fries as well but the hassle of going back to get them once your home is not an option and they stopped the like for like 10 minutes just for a medium fries I would have managed I would have apologized for the inconvenience and gave the french fries without holding up the line and the INCONVENIENCE THIS NOT JUST HAPPENED ONCE BUT...

I only gave one because I couldn't do it on zero Stars I came to this McDonald's today I ordered the buttermilk chicken sandwich I got home my brother was rock hard I touched the lettuce and it disintegrated so I get back in my car I drive all the way back over there I give them back to sandwich this is not the first time this has happened every time I go here it's discussing last time I went my burger wasn't cooked I called them about 5 or 10 times nobody answer the phone Caesar Caesar you are so not helpful at all like that just that just described that whole McDonalds there nobody cares when gave me my $5.25 back on a $18 order and said here you go I gave my $5 and some change back to Caesar and I told him hire some employees that can actually give some customer service I mean I can do a drive-by with a cheeseburger that's how hard it was that I would never serve somebody food like that so I have a call in to corporate office let's see what corporate does he know when this happens and a customer comes back in with a legit it's rock hard you can't eat that the bun was shining I mean I could knock on your door and you could hear it it's wrong I would never feed somebody so it's like that it's embarrassing a good manager would have been like some coupons maybe some apple pie you know I'm so sorry about what...
